We were at the Cancun airport when we were approached by a very nice lady that wanted us to try their eye serum. She was very polite, communicated well, and was knowledgeable about her product. We purchased the eye cream and then was directed to the trainer for red light therapy. That lady could not have been nicer during her sales pitch, however, once we told her we were not interested in spending $1200 for a red light therapy device, not to mention the additional cost of the cream, she abruptly walked away and left us sitting there. No goodbye, I understand, etc. I will not use these products based on the treatment we received.

I want to say to D'OR Stop saying that you are not responsible for the products or tactics of salons selling your items. Because you have to be aware of how your brand is being sold, and represented especially when these spas exclusively sell your products
I got conned by the hard sell by Rose Soa in downtown Portland it's amazing how they went from. Co.plumentary and helpful to unavailable rude and theft. I spent $500 *i know it could have been worse and returned the eue. TeM i used the next day. They never refunded my card and dedpure calling and. Calling the manager seemed to ne er be there
It's. Manipulative and if your products were so good they would stand on their own and would not need to strong arm people and then rope them in
I don't believe that D'OR doesn't
Know as a matter of fact I believe you train these people and reward this audacious behavior.
I would have so much more respect for your company if you reigned this behavior in and cut tires with places like Rose Volpe Spa.
Go on TikTok sponsor some live show hosts on poshmark but stop the bullshit
It's disgraceful and you just look bad denying it and not taking responsibility for your image and how you are represented
You should also reconsider your pricing
I am available as a consultant because you need it if you're going to stay alive in this market

I went on a cruise (a once-in-a-life-time experience for a 70 year old widow) and was approached by a sales person who put amazing products on my face and told me that the complete product would cost me $10,000. Obviously I told them I didn't have 10K and declined. This sales person got others in the kiosk to follow me and continue to harass me. They finally told me I could get the products for under $2000 and when I got my receipt and my card back the receipt was in what they told me was pesos and not dollars. However I am now in debt to the Citibank Visa company for over $6500. I received one small bottle of product and they sent me the rest by mail. I refused it and sent it back thru a Mailing Service for FedEx but heard from my credit card company that they investigated and I owed the full amount. A few weeks later I got a box of the product back. What a scam. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

I was on a cruise last week that stopped at Costa Maya (Mexico). I was approached by a seller for a cosmetics demonstration. She offered me anti-wrinkle creams. I liked them and purchased it. Then, I was taken to the manager, named Fábio, who showed me the D’or 24k equipment for aesthetic treatments. He started by offering me a very high price that I couldn’t afford, but he kept reducing it until convince me, also proposing I take photos during the treatment and send them to the company regarding the large discount offered. I was introduced to the company director who authorized the supposed discount.
They also offered to refund the amount I had paid for the anti-wrinkle cream that would be given to me as a gift and he would charge me for the device.
They didn’t give me an invoice because they were having a problem with the system and said they would send it by email along with instructions for use and how to send the photos. However, the email never arrived.
On the same day, I tested the device but it didn’t worked. However, the cruise was already returning to Texas and I couldn’t go back to the store to complain.
I’ve been trying to find a way to contact the store in Costa Maya but there is no way to contact them trough email or by phone.

I’m giving 5 stars only for the products that were used on me while in Costa Maya from Earth last week. I came home sick and had a lot of catch up house work to do so I haven’t used any of the products that I purchased yet. I’m really hoping that I didn’t get scammed and these work as great as the ones from the store. The sales people are ridiculous and don’t understand the words no thank you but I guess it worked. I did check the products before I left and none were ever opened so fingers crossed I got the real stuff. I will update or write another review soon.

I was approached in Miami Bayside mall for an aggressive salesman he was good to sell the D'or syringe. Demonstration went good he even offer the best possible price and many promises about the product experience. Finally I bought two of them for an amazing price as per his words of 250usd. Such a price for a wonderful and expensive product!!!
However, once I started to use it I am so disappointed with the results. For me this is a Scam I was contacting the seller to return the product but of course no reply! Don't buy such a bad product No results at all!!! That company should mind about customer experience instead of selling such expensive trash !!!!

This brand must be paying people to give them good reviews because I know for sure they are scammers. They scammed a lot of people and I got scammed myself. Just find all their victims on Facebook and Reddit. They will tell you lies after lies about how amazing the product and being used by well know spa (false!)and they hide their no return policy on tiny prints on their receipt that nobody reads. Very good con artists. Look up element store Scam in Los Gatos on ABC News, this one of the brands that are under investigation. That store is carrying D’or24k, Empire Tech, both brands own by one guy in Florida who owns 33 other scammy companies. Help stop this scammer by reporting them to NAD and Florida Attorney General. These brands are all from Florida, so as STEMTOX, ZERO Gravity. Another Dead Sea Cream scam, just more sophisticated con artists!!

I love the luxurious face cream. It has improved the look and feel of my skin. The products have minimized the look of pores and wrinkles and evened out the tone.

I was scammed! They started off with $13,000 price then went down to $8000. I was guaranteed many facials use skincare product free refill. I was in the facial room rather dark they took my card then left came back handed me a paper. Small print I didn't have my glasses on I asked what is this for they said to ensure you received products. The next tactic is the want you to personally open the LED box. I wouldn't do it cuz I figured everything inside. He said you mind i open to show you I said go ahead then. Policy says no retailer is allowed to open box only customer. Now there telling my card I opened box. I signed paper for products . They printed me receipt. I left got home and on bottom of receipt it said No Refund only exchange 24 days. I went ba k and now I have a fight on my hands. I left products filed a claim dispute with my card I was denied cuz they said I knew of no return policy. I'm not giving up I wrote to BBB...they said they will contact owner get my money back. There full of s...they are there own retailer. When I ask to speak to someone higher they will give me no number and say the owner in another country. They are Arabs or from some other country. I have a recording on my phone of conversation but card won't accept it. I have no products they said they have to throw them away even if unused. Im 70 yrs old snd this is elderly abuse and lied to. I didn't have my glasses and they lied and said which i could see scribbled itemized words of products so I believed them.

I am visiting my 81 year old mother who has been scammed of almost $4000 from pushy mean sales representative at this store. She made 1 purchase of $2000 went back to the store, to ask how to use the products and was pressurized to buy more items and another purchase of over $2000. She is an 81 year old with a fixed income and in 2 months spent more on face cream than she has in probably her life! She tried to return the items, unopened and unused to be again be embarrassed and treated badly. She was not able to return the items to the store. She filed a dispute with her credit card, who told her to send the items back to the shop, unopened and unused. She sent DHL for another $100, products were received at store with signature. Now she is out the money and has no products either. This is well over $4000, and this is not something that she would normally do. So now I am thinking about getting legal representation. Now I see she is not the only one who has had the same experience. I have all receipts and timeline of her purchases, if you want to contact me, lets get together with a lawyer or go to the news.... this is obviously happening alot. My email address is s.chueca @aol.com
