Haven't received the band I ordered yet due to some mishaps but they've nailed the customer service and have the correct band in route. I've already tried out the band that was sent by mistake (and they let me keep for free) so I know I'm going to love the heavy version when it arrives. I highly recommend.

As a new Judoka, I was a bit skeptical of the bands, but after some research decided to give them a shot. They are definitely better than your average uchikomi or resistance bands, there is more weight to them for battle rope type movements, more resistance, and more potential for drills. As a new father, I have to be efficient with my time - so I almost always use these as a warm up and for some cardio prior to strength training. Price point is a little high, but lifespan of product according to reviews might make them a worthwhile investment.

I called in last week asking a few questions about the Dopa Band product, to say the least I ended up placing an order later that week. It wasn't the great deal that hooked me, but the fact this was the best customer service that I had ever received. I had problems with FedEx delivery given inaccurate tracking. But the package eventually was delivered. Re the bands. I have been using them for 2 weeks with my trainer who had purchased them. They are great. Some of the best full body workouts I have done. Gets to all of your muscles. I wish they had more videos beyond wrestling, jiu jitsu, etc. Golf would be one. But I can figure out a routine for that. Add these to your workouts. You will see and feel a difference.

The bands are durable and easy to bring anywhere to do your workout anywhere.

This has to be one of the best exercise tools available for people always on the go or who want in home work outs. But I've only had them 2 months and one has broke 💔. I recommend getting the silicone set because they are supposed to be sturdier. Also find smooth surface to band on to aswell as grass to set the bands in. I only took mine outside once. So I don't think thay are meant for much outdoor use. More gym Mats and carpet. I also recommend the genius strap if you want you're bands to last... at least 2 months 😆. It's pretty cool seems to keep ridgid surfaces from contacting and fraying. Still so far on of my favorite tools. Feel more snappy. But for the price you may as well get something that lasts. Also it must be noted . I haven't tried the silicone I'm only assuming. The endless amounts of exercise and portability surpass the lack of durability. I think this is a must have for anyone training contact sports of multiple and varying sports.

After talking to customer service for the last 12 hours we finally got the issue resolved. They are now sending the the products I ordered out to me. Customer service was pretty quick to get back to me, I understand things gets screwed up from time to time as I myself own a business but they did right by me. I look forward to getting these bands in the mail and putting them to use. Thank you again!
