My initial contact was with MJ, she was great! She called me in a timely manner, answered all of our questions since we had never used a pet courier company before. She walked us through all the steps and got us connected with a driver pretty quickly even though our pick up date was a week out. Melissa was our driver, she was awesome!!!! She informed me when she got to the pickup destination, she even shot me a picture of our puppy to let me know she had her and their journey was starting. She was bringing our puppy from Louisiana to North Carolina. Melissa would text me updates along the way with how the puppy was doing, her eating habits and sending pictures when they made potty stops! My kids really enjoyed the updates and the pictures as well. Melissa text me the morning of delivery with an ETA, then she text me when she was 30min out. Melissa was super nice and friendly, stayed for a bit and talked to us about the trip and how the puppy did. Just before Melissa got here, I received the last invoice, paying throughout was super easy and convenient as well. This whole process was easy! The excitement was the hardest part! I would definitely use your company again. We will be getting a second puppy shortly and I know exactly who to call if travel is involved :)

I'm so thankful for Thomas, he brought my puppy to me safe and happy, he sent me texts at stops as he was traveling to let me know his progress, and he sent me very wonderful pictures of my puppy, i could see that everything was going very well and he was doing so great ❤️ Thomas arrived on time and was so kind, he brought my puppies paperwork in and the small baggie of food the breeder sent with him. He was very kind and thoughtful, I am so thankful and grateful for Thomas and for my puppy to be brought to me so safely ❤️

Caring drivers for transport of our puppy. Very communicative throughout the drive. Took great care of our puppy during her travels, including having to clean her up after she stepped in her own poop in her crate.

While the owner was communicative and supportive, I ran into difficulties with the assigned drivers which resulted in my decision to terminate the contract before our family pet was picked up. The assigned drivers were late with the initial pick up time and never shared that they would be in advance. The couple was non-responsive in the group chat that was established for updates. After a new pick up time was agreed by the couple, they were late once again and this time did not communicate as to their whereabouts. Essentially they bailed on the entire effort leaving me in a lurch. Fortunately the owner was very understanding and tried to accommodate with a new arrangement but the pivot did not meet my standards and I had to cancel. The owner was very apologetic abc reimbursed my full deposit.

Our last-minute trip was skillfully coordinated and expertly done! Dawn K, the driver, was cheerful and accommodating, graciously accommodating last-minute challenges we presented. She took great care of our cat, keeping her safe and happy all the way cross-country. Plenty of pictures and updates all along the way. We really appreciated the way Dawn went above and beyond!

This is the third time. I’ve tried to write this review. I’m a bit of a luddite so I’ll take responsibility for that, but I’m about to give up! If you’ve read this story before, sorry.

We unexpectedly had to ship a dog across country because of the death of her owner. This girl was a big Newfoundland who was depressed and hadn’t had an owner for about three weeks.

I talked with many Dog shipping companies and was fortunate to find. DOOR-TO-DOOR. They were actually dropping a dog off on the western side of the country and would be able to pick her up that night.

She was making a solo trip because we didn’t know how she got along with other dogs. We didn’t want to add to her stress.

Richard was our driver and he worked very well with Annie the dog. Door to door uses the app 360 which allows their customers to follow Dog and driver on their trip as well as communicate with text messaging in a special group that included People where the dog was going and people where the dog had left.

The price was very reasonable given the distance and Richard and Annie completed the trip in three days.

I would not hesitate to use door-to-door again. The people were kind in the communication was very good.

Annie seems to be thriving in her new home.

Door To Door Pet Delivery was great with communication on phone, text and email. My Dad had a temperamental cat. He passed away unexpectedly and we had to move her from AZ to CO. I could not envision taking her out of the carrier to go through airport security. I had a few specific requests for transportation and they were all followed. Our driver was great and showed up on time at both ends of the trip. She sent updates along the way to let us know how the cat was coping. This was a good experience.

They were great with my two dogs! Kayla was extremely communicative with me during the trip sending me pics and text on how Nala and Chunk were doing. If we ever need transport again we will absolutely use Door to Door again!!!!

Rachel is so amazing! We had issues with our dogs flight being cancelled and she helped us find another flight and even drove the dogs herself 24 hours straight so they can make it and we can be reunited. Not all hero’s wear capes!
