I have been using Dollar Curl Club for a little over two years, and I have never been so disappointed at the downfall of this business. I set up a subscription with them, and it was a total nightmare. I tried to set my order date, clicked confirm, and the order was placed and charged to my account. I had to cancel the order, reset the order date, and everything seemed to be fine. The order date arrives, I get an email that just says your can manage your subscription using the link provided. I didn’t need to make any changes, so I left the subscription alone. A few days later, I see my order was skipped and wasn’t being sent. I then cancelled my subscription because the entire process was a mess, and placed an order as usual. I placed my order on March 5, 2025 and got an email saying that the order was confirmed and received a tracker link through UPS. After a week, I check the tracking and UPS has still not received the package. I send an email asking for an update, no response. I had to send another message this morning because I have no idea what happened. No updates, no responses, and the website says my order was fulfilled. I spent over $70 on those products and I either receive them or I deserve a refund. I don't know if I will ever order from them again because I now do not trust the company, and I still have not reached a resolution. At this point, my advice would be take caution when ordering from Dollar Curl Club, you may not get your product or a response, so keep your money until they fix their issues.

I loved the shampoo, detangling conditioner, and mask but the curling cream was THE ABSOLUTE BEST!! Those curls popped sooo quick before I could even finish applying, it was the fastest styling I ever did. I can’t wait to sit my daughter under the dryer with the mask on to see because the detangling condition was really good and saved us a lot of time. So far, my new fav products for my daughter and I forsure.

My second time ordering, I really like the products. After 8 days I never received a tracking number or the product. I sent an email inquiry which was answered quickly and resolved. I received the products after 2.5 weeks. I want to reorder but probably will not because I don't want to wait that long again. I made my initial order well ahead of time before i ran out and still that wasn't enough. I don't have that kind of time to waste.

My hair absolutely loves these products, I can’t shop anywhere else for my shampoo and conditioner.. if you have loc’s you must try. I purchased some shampoo and conditioner recently, this company is so fast with shipping and sending a confirmation email, so when I noticed haven’t received my product, nor an email ( it was only a week). I reached out via email, I received a quick response, my order got lost in the mail, and they told me they will send out new products, not only did they send my new products, but it was delivered like three days later.. this is why I love this company.. because not only are they fast at shipping, but also fast at making sure they keep satisfied customers.. they will forever have my support!

After weeks trying the product very satisfy with the outcome. From washing to oil fantastic feeling. Makes your hair soft curls are out and seeing some results with the oil can see growth. Amazing scent & smells fresh.

I will no longer be purchasing from this company. I purchased leave in conditioner and the bottle came half empty. The conditioner was very watery and clumpy at the same time. I had to use a lot just to feel like there was conditioner in my hair. I purchased shampoo and it was a different color than the previous shampoo I purchased. I don’t know what’s going on but I don’t want to find out down the road so I’m no longer purchasing their products.
