Switching from GPU mining to ASICs was…

Switching from GPU mining to ASICs was intimidating, and my first order didn't go perfectly. The VolcMiner D1 arrived with outdated firmware which caused stability issues. Contacted DOGE ASIC's support who initially suggested some troubleshooting steps that didn't work. After explaining the situation further, they provided the correct firmware update which resolved all issues. The 17.15 GH/s performance has been excellent since then. Not a perfect start but they stood by their product and made it right.

My first experience with cryptocurrency…

My first experience with cryptocurrency mining and DOGE ASIC made it mostly painless. Bought the VolcMiner Mini after reading their beginner guides. Had some confusion with the initial pool setup and lost about a day of mining time figuring it out. Support team was helpful but took about 12 hours to respond. The 2.2 GH/s performance is consistent now that it's running and the 500W power draw is manageable. Good experience overall despite the slow start.

Received my VolcMiner Mini with a cracked case that looked like shipping damage. Support team initially asked for photos and documentation which took a few days to process. Eventually they arranged for a replacement unit that works perfectly at the specified 2.2 GH/s. Giving 3 stars because while the issue was ultimately resolved, the process took longer than I would have liked for something that wasn't my fault.

Purchased the VolcMiner Mini

Purchased the VolcMiner Mini. Shipping took about 9 days, which was a bit longer than expected. But I contacted them and they confirmed it was due to customs delay. Miner works great now. Glad they kept me updated.

Ordered the Fluminer L2 as my entry point into Dogecoin mining. Initially had some issues with the cooling system making unusual noise. Contacted support who responded within hours and helped troubleshoot the problem. Turned out to be a simple configuration issue that was easily fixed. Now getting close to 1 GH/s hashrate as promised and the power draw is reasonable for my apartment setup. Would have been 5 stars if not for the initial hiccup, but their responsive support made up for it.

The iBeLink BM-L3 arrived a day outside the promised delivery window, but DOGE ASIC kept me informed about the delay. What impressed me was the miner's performance, consistently delivering 3.2 GH/s as specified. Had a question about optimizing settings for my particular pool and support provided detailed guidance that actually improved performance slightly. Solid product and service despite the minor shipping delay.

My experience with the Rabbit R8 wasn't smooth at first. The unit would run for a few hours then crash repeatedly. Support team was responsive but their initial troubleshooting steps didn't help. After escalating to a technical specialist, they identified a firmware compatibility issue with my pool and provided a custom configuration that solved the problem. Miner now runs stable at the full 16.21 GH/s. Giving 3 stars because while they eventually fixed it, it took nearly a week of lost mining time.

My Goldshell LT6 had temperature issues right out of the box, running much hotter than expected. Reached out to DOGE ASIC support who responded within a day with detailed cooling suggestions. After implementing their recommendations and replacing a fan, the unit now runs at normal temperatures and delivers the promised 3.35 GH/s. Appreciate their technical knowledge and willingness to help troubleshoot rather than just suggesting a return.
