Horrible customer service. It should not take you two weeks tell me you don’t have it in stock. Save yourself the time and order from Amazon.

Poor support
Good products to date, fast shipping, but they do not answer to support requests. The description of their products is not precise and you will sometimes order more than you need because of this poor documentation.

I bought the directdrive and it broke down after 5 month, the motor lockup! very dangerous! no refund or any thing, very bad Customer service to!

Awful post-sale customer service
Awful post-sale customer service. Spent THREE years trying to get a $1400 board which failed almost immediately after delivery. They were only ever willing to give me discounts to buy more garbage from them, and refused to allow a return of their defective product. DO NOT BUY from these scammers!
