Customer Service is lacking

Like the equipment. Good quality for the price. Customer service is somewhat lacking however. It took 6 days(and only AFTER I sent three follow up emails) for them to tell me they no longer had a bladder for my BCD, this after they first said they would see if they had one and then, 6 days later tell me that "they were long gone". If they were long gone how is it they didn't know that the minute I contacted them? They did offer me 20% off a new BCD (because of course the new wings no longer fit the old backplate (I think I bought it new 10 years ago or so)), but only if I sent them my old BCD first. 1) it would most likely cost as much to ship it back as the 20% was worth and 2) I am leaving on a dive trip to the red sea for 31 days the first week of August so not enough time (maybe if I had been told in a more timely manner). However, I did purchase another DiveRite BCD from an online company at FULL price because I do believe in the overall quality of the product, just felt like I was not treated as a valued customer. My name is Jack Sheahan and I have approved this review LOL
