Shipping issues

After extensive research, I discovered the “Oceanic VEO 4” console that I desired was offered at Divecatalog.com, but they were unwilling to ship it to a (FPO AE) address.

AP and AE addresses are typically located overseas, but they are also US domestic addresses. Consequently, there is no additional shipping charge for shipments to an AP as it is in California and AE is in New York. The only requirement is to complete a Customs Form, some retailers choose not to do so and that’s where the problem lies.

In summary, for individuals residing at these addresses, it is necessary to ship the package to a family member or someone within the United States to receive it. This additional expense significantly increases the cost for those of us serving with the US military. Consequently, this is why divecatalog.com is receiving three stars.

We ship to FPO, APO, and DPO addresses but there is normally a shipping charge associated with the order since most of the addresses are overseas.

Bought snorkeling gear

Came here to buy some snorkeling equipment and they have really good competitive pricing. I really like the staff and recommend for any beginners to go here

Huge Stock, Great Deals, and Awesome Staff

Wow just amazing! You can get anything from simple snorkeling and swimming product to scuba diving and even technical diving gear! Huge warehouse stock at store location. I was amazed at how much gear they had in stock and how much brands they carried.

Staff was knowledgeable and guided me on exactly what I needed. They even said they shipped next day. Definitely coming back 1000%!

Great customer service, fast shipping and great prices.

I had a lot of questions about the Seawing Supernova fins and they answered everything I asked on the chat feature on their website. I purchased the fins and they arrived in just 3 days, really fast and well packaged. They provided shipping updates and tracking info every step of the way. Don't hesitate to shop with this company.
