My wife and I support an international nonprofit. They wanted to distribute a 90-minute documentary video in two language versions. 15GB of data in all. DiskCopy helped us choose the perfect USB 3.0 drive and guided us through the complete production process. We reviewed plenty of bids for this work but DiskCopy crushed all competitors.
Due to the personal nature of these historic videos, we relied on DiskCopy to help us design the laser engraving for these drives, as well as the foam-lined metal cases with presentation engraving. We received proofs of the designs and even a sample USB drive sent to us for approval before full production.
WOW! These special USB drives are true treasures, so handsome and dignified. The data duplication was flawless.
The completed drives were shipped to us within days, not "6-8 weeks" as advised by the competition.

Marc and his team made it easy to get our product up and running.
We used Diskcopy for the first couple thousand of our units. They did a great job of flashing media and supplying media for us.
They did exactly what we asked them to. We never had a bad disk. And they are super fast.

Great prints! Just got confused in some parts of the process.
The album I recorded and received sounds fantastic! Looks great as well! I was a bit picky at the end because they sent everything to my email but I didn‘t see that the back cover got confused with the back of the booklet inside the cd. It would be nice if they labeled each parts of the of the album cover pics so that I have a better idea of what goes where or send physical samples of the album cover pictures? Overall it worked out in the end and I was very impressed.👍

Derek, Thank you for the review. The confusion on the inserts was corrected by us. We printed the inserts at our expense so they could be replaced in the cases. The insert proofs were originally identified by panel in the proofs we sent. We will always stand behind our work, which is why we printed the inserts again so you would be 100% satisfied. Next time, we would be happy to send out physical tests. Most of our customers do request a first article verification. This is something we encourage when time permits. In the end, you did end up with inserts printed the way you were expecting them even though you approved the proofs we sent to you. We look forward to working with you on reorders and your next project!
