I had a filter that was supposed to fit my fridge. it would not lock in, so I called Discount filters and they made it possible for me to buy the Samsung brand at a great discount, and they gave me a coupon that was equal to the price of the filters that would not fit. We bought one at Lowe’s as they had to ship them to us, but they got her about a week later and are the exact match to the filter we bought at the big box store. Now that’s customer service!

Water filters brake inside refrigerator
Last two (2) water filters broke inside my Whirlpool (French door) while inserted; so water was all over the refrigerator & kitchen floor, before I could shut water off. 1st one broke Dec 17,
2024; the 2nd broke June 9, 2025 with les than 6 months of use. Company has good price, service & delivery; however quality of my filters is now questionable. Perhaps a redesign would eliminate body separation at the top of filter
