Great help!

I appreciated the operator (Leah) spending so much time with me and checking the different options out there for me in my area. Helped me in figuring actual and projected costs per kwh and never made me feel like I was wasting her time. When I made my decision, she set me up and took care to make sure there were no loose ends and all my questions were answered.

Enrollment Experience

Process went smoothly, and I ended the experience with a clear understanding of what had taken place. It was a pleasant and surprising experience. I would quickly point anyone who is looking for energy services toward Direct Energy and First Choice!
