Working with Laurent on my engagement ring was an absolute pleasure. He personally selected a curated set of diamonds based on the criteria I gave him—and found the perfect stone for me and my future fiancée on the very first try. He was also incredibly helpful in designing the ring itself. From start to finish, the entire process took just 2–3 weeks. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and would highly recommend Diamond Ideals.

Laurent and the team at Diamond Ideals are absolutely wonderful! They have an amazing attention to detail and they truly care about the piece of the jewelry they are providing their client. We could not have been happier with our engagement ring creation process working with Laurent. His breadth of knowledge and calm demeanor allowed us to have complete trust in him from our very first meeting through completion. He answered all of our questions, of which I had MANY, and provided his invaluable insight, advice and recommendations every step of the way while keeping in mind our budget and specifications. We really were looking for someone to guide us through this process as complete novice diamond buyers and we absolutely received that from Laurent and Diamond Ideals. The experience at Diamond Ideals was an unexpected joy. The selection of gems and settings was enormous yet easy to navigate. I have never shopped in such a safe, personal and relaxed situation. Laurent is a master of his craft. All aspects of choosing/deciding/paying and receiving our rings was far above any previous expectation in buying jewelry. Integrity, reasonable prices, excellent service, relaxing atmosphere--all things I think of when recollecting the shopping experience.
After months of wear, 1 ring was damaged in an accident--Laurent immediately addressed and fixed the situation. I doubt I will ever buy fine jewelry anywhere else again.
