Good customer service

Initially, the incorrect sized jacket was sent, but they then sent us the correct one. The zipper on the second jacket they sent was broken, but they sent us a new one that works. My husband is happy with the jacket. It’s comfortable, warm, and easy to use. Customer service was prompt to respond when we had issues.

Where has this product been all my life.

Fast and secure shipping. A great value all around. I bought a second battery pack to have fully charged and on standby if the first battery starts to loose its charge which hasn’t been required as of the weighting. The heating elements provide sufficient warmth on the lowest setting and haven’t needed the other two. All in all a great purchase and would recommend to all. My only come would be the non detachable hood. Planning on how to store that tomorrow.

I love both my coats

I love both my coats I bought from DEWBU. It comes with the battery pack but I decided to buy a different one because they only last so long with my coat on high. It is longer lasting when you’re not using it or if it’s in light mode, but I always have it on high and need a longer battey run.

I received the jacket and it was great…

I received the jacket and it was great quality and just as explained online. I had to do a return for a bigger size and the company was great to communicate with. My exchange was easy and quick. I would purchase from the company again in a heartbeat. Great customer service.

Received an XL heated jacket for…

Received an XL heated jacket for Christmas. Unfortunately it was too small. All I had to do was email Customer Service and ask for an exchange for a 2XL. The process could not have been smoother. I received my replacement within a few days of sending them a picture of my receipt and tracking number. More companies should take lessons from Dewbu’s customer service team. 110% satisfied!!

We were a little skeptical ordering…

We were a little skeptical ordering anything online these days with all the spamming taking place, but this was a great experience. The website was easy to navigate and place an order from. The communication was quick, clear and clear - we knew that our order was being processed and shipped. Within 5 days the coats arrived. They work as advertised, heating up nicely and having a long battery life for what we need them for. We like that they are not bulky like some coats out there, but have all the heating we expected them to have. Give these a try!

Heated up great!

The jackets are very well made and heat up in the right spots. Temp got down in the single digits the other night on the dock and I was very worried if the jacket would hold up. It did and then some. I was able to keep it on medium the whole night. 5 hour shift.

On November 9, 2024 I ordered a pair of insulated pants so that I could have them for Wisconsin Gun Deer Season. As of 12/5/2024 I have not received confirmation of shipment nor have I received them.
My credit card was charged.
I also ordered 3 heated jackets for my grandsons Christmas presents. Surprisinly, they came within last Sunday.
Love my heated jacket so ordered pants to stay warm. Still waiting
