I bought the V4 laser hair removal device. The shipping was relatively fast, but then I opened the package to find that I had received the wrong product. I emailed them, and they asked for a ton of pictures. I took them and sent them. They told me that after some days they were going to send the return label, and then I needed to return the product, and after they received it, they would send the correct one. I said that that was going to take too much time (I'm moving soon) and I opted for just returning it. In addition, I've repeatedly told them that the process had made me waste a lot of time, and that I should get some kind of compensation. First they ignored me, they then said that they had to check with someone, and in the end they didn't answer.

They sent me a label without giving me any instructions for it, for a carrier that doesn't exist in my country. I asked for help but the answer was useless. I found out by myself about which company dealt with those packages here, and I sent it. After I had sent it, they sent me another label and asked that I use that one. I told them I had already sent the package. After the weekend, they emailed me again and asked if I had sent the package, which I had already told them I had.

At this point I'm just hoping to get my money back. They're unprofessional, and don't care at all about wasting their customers' time.

The V8S feels sturdy and has a nice cooling feature, but after seven weeks, my leg hair has shown some improvement, but my underarm hair isn’t noticeably different. It’s not as fast as I hoped, especially since it claims up to 100% hair removal with SGS report. The higher settings can sting a bit. I’ll keep using it, but it’s not blowing me away yet.

The Revive Laser is my first try at an at-home anti-aging device. It’s comfy to use, and I like that it doesn’t hurt at all. I’ve been using the LED Light Therapy Mask for a month, mostly the red light setting. My skin feels a bit softer, but I haven’t seen much change in my redness yet. I discovered the Revive Skin Laser on YouTube, and after using it for eight weeks, I’ve seen a huge improvement in my skin! My pores have shrunk, my laugh lines have softened, and my acne scars have lightened. I also use the LED face mask and alternate between the two every night. I bought the laser, and I advise everyone not to get them.

I used for the first month and no results, and they had information if no results the first month, you have to wait another 8 weeks, basically 90 days your refund will expire. And you won't be able to get your money back and there will be absolutely no result, me and my husband used for 7 months, zero result. I don't recommend it.
