Highly Disappointed
This pillow caused me more neck pain which became unbearable. I've had 2 cervical fusion and have tried the top rated pillows with no luck. Will add this one to the long growing list.

The pillow was smaller than expected and not firm enough. I went back to my old pillow that I had purchased on Amazon for half the price. I wasn’t happy with the 3 week delivery time either, since this was a stock item and not custom made. They did send regular emails during the wait, so I gave them 2 stars for their communication.

I won’t be sure that it is addressing my sleep apnea problem until I do a home sleep test, but I hope it is b/c I can’t tolerate a C-pap, and while the mouth piece is tolerable, it’s nicer w/o it!

Good for sleeping on back, not so great for side sleeping
The pillow seems pretty good for sleeping on my back, but the sides are not firm or high enough so my shoulder gets crunched when sleeping on my side.

I'm still upset because I wrote a review asking you to change my order or cancel it. I wrote this approximately 2 minutes after your web site showed that I ordered 2 pillows when I was trying to order only one. Rather then giving me a final approval option, it simply said "Thank you" and closed.
Even though I am a return customer I still have not received any acknowledgement regarding my complaint and I was eventually sent 2 pillows rather than 1.
This does not speak well for your customer
service.
