Disappointing Experience

Disappointing Experience – Feels Fishy
I paid to have my dental X-rays reviewed by the new Pearl AI system and got both an email and text saying it was completed. But when I went to view the results—nothing. The site wouldn't load the review, the chat support was broken, and all of their FAQ/help videos were mysteriously unavailable. I emailed multiple times—zero response. When I finally got someone on the phone, they said they couldn’t find it on my account and that a manager would call me back. Surprise: no call. Super sketchy and unprofessional. Would not recommend.
