I lost my lower denture in March and couldn't afford what my local dentist wanted to charge. Losing a denture is about the worst thing that can happen. Eating was such a pain. I found Dentkits and decided to try them out.

Back in April, I Ordered a full set of upper and lower dentures from Dentkits. The kit arrived quickly and i sent my impressions the same week. Alex emailed me saying my upper impression needed to be redone for better accuracy, which i appreciated. They sent another set of material at no cost. A few weeks later, I got my try-in dentures and was amazed at how good they looked. I had to do two more adjustments to the bite but the final set fits even better than my old ones from the dentist.

I ordered my full upper dentures from Dentkits back early May and received my impression Kit within three days. I was nervous about doing the impressions myself but Alex had a zoom with me and walk me through it step by step. They even sent me a try in Denture first to check the fit and look before finalising it. I finally have teeth that look natural and feel comfortable. Thank you Dentkits

If I could leave no stars I would.
Customer Service- terrible, all but non existent.
The process is so slow and it's been almost two months and I still have nothing to show for it.
I finally received my try ins today and they look like a joke. They're completely unusable.
They sent me the try ins with a new bite impression tray and EVEN EMAILED ME - after a week of not responding, to let me know that they probably wouldn't be what I was looking for before they sent them, which makes no sense to me because if you already know these are going to be crap, why send them?
I'm waiting to hear back on what to do now, because I need new teeth, but after the terrible customer service and the time I've already wasted with these people, just for some crap I can't use.... And why they should even send me something that they already knew was bad?
They obviously have no idea what they're doing. I'm don't see how ANY dentist could sign off on a prescription for the try ins that I just received.. I look like something out of the hills have eyes and not even humanlike.... And I've waited TWO MONTHS for this let down of a product....
Unbelievable. It's say I've wasted two months and over a thousand dollars on this ...
Some piss poor customer service and a company that's too cheap to overnight or even two day the materials.... The transit time is FIVE DAYS each way. And their responses are about the same trying l turn time.

Let's hope they can get their heads on straight for the remainder of this experience.... I'll update my review as needed moving forward.

The final set fits like a dream. I can eat comfortably, laugh freely, and for the first time in years, I'm not hiding my smile behind my hand. People keep telling me I look younger.

From the beginning, they made me feel seen. The intake process let me share my aesthetic. I wanted something that looked expressive but real, not the overly white look. After losing a few back teeth, I couldn't chew properly and hated how they looked. Every dentist I saw wanted to push expensive implants. Dentkits gave me an option for a solid partial that actually fits and looks clean. No metal showing, no discomfort again. The process was also smoother than I expected. Service was also affordable. I had my old dentures for over 12 years and they never really felt like mine. I dreaded the idea of doing it all over again until i found DentKits. The process was simple and their team actually listened to what i wanted, a softer smile, a natural look, nothing too white or fake. I got my new set two weeks ago, and i've been smiling ever since. They feel snug, look amazing, and for once, i don't feel embarrassed eating in front of people.

Worst customer service ever-why? Because there is No customer service at all! I called about 10 times per day for 4 days but I never get an answer-even emailed a few times and never got a response. I placed an order and never got a confirmation email-I'm so done with this company!!! Sometimes 'cheaper" is not even worth all the extra aggravation and disappointment that you have to deal with from a company like this.

Soooooo much cheaper then my dentsit Harry. Love the guy but I couldn't afford a new one after I lost my flipper for the second time. I don't know why I keep losing them. But having a cheap alternative will definitely help.

Alex was super nice. Helped me on a Zoom call. I had trouble explaining the adjustments but you can tell she cares and is knowledgeable.

I ordered on Monday afternoon. I received my impression kit Wednesday. I completed the impressions but apparently I missed some details. They sent me new materials for free and I was able to get good impressions. Form there I got a try-in which was mostly rights. But I told them to charge some of the ridges and teeth. Then got try-in and it was great. Approved and received a final a few days later. I definitely recommend.

I've had my DentKits dentures since November, 2023, so they're 9 months old. 3 teeth have cracked and last night, they cracked straight across the palate. They're very pretty and the top denture feels wonderful. I was never able to wear the lower, as it was never even close but I finally gave up and just wear my old one. I don't feel like they were worth nearly $1,000.

Had to get a full denture in time for a meeting we were planning. Mine had gotten too worn down. They got it to me just in time and I was surprised at how good this denture looks. For the cost it's pretty amazing.

I wanted to get my denture duplicated. But some of these services make you send your denture in. I cannot love without mine. It's just not possible. So I had Sentkits to a denture using mine as reference, Worked out pretty well.
