I freaked out when I saw a bubble in my impression but their tech support team was super patient and walked me through how to remove air pockets step by step. They even sent a second kit free of charge. Once I sent back the corrected mold the final guard worked perfectly and fits like a dream.

I loved my guard from first wear but noticed a small rub on my gum two days later. I emailed their support and the offered a free adjustment under warranty. They sent new instructions and even included a tiny care kit in the mail. The revised guard fits perfectly now and they made the entire follow up stress free.

I’ve ordered from Dental Lab Direct twice. The second order was meant to fix the issues with the first, but instead of following my clear instructions, they made the front tooth even bigger, completely ignoring the natural look I asked for- the gum material also pressed down on the 2 teeth on either side of it. I specifically requested a slight gap to match my real smile, but was given a bulky, oversized tooth that didn’t align with my other front tooth at all.

Their customer service team dismissed my concerns, saying “nothing looks wrong to them,” despite the clear visual mismatch. They offered no real solution beyond telling me to mark the problem with a Sharpie and return it.

After two failed attempts and no real accountability, Would not recommend.

Bad customer service! Poor quality and ill fitting . Do NOT buy from this company! You will waste your time and money! Minne cracked right away and never fit good. What a joke!

I got a partial denture from my dentist two years ago and it was horribly expensive and didn't fit well no matter how many times they adjusted it. It started looking worn out, so I decided to try Dental Lab Direct. The pros far outweighs the cons, which is why I gave them five stars. Here are both:
Pros:
The impression kit was very well organized and easy to use. When I realized that I needed a different size, they were quick to send me one.

The customer service is great.

When I received the partial, it fit perfectly! It's light, comfortable, looks great, and when I eat with it on, it doesn't hurt like my old one from the dentist did. It also looks better!

It's solidly on there and doesn't feel like it's going to come off when I eat.

Cons:
The shipping takes forever. It took almost 2 months from start to finish.

The warranty is only 30 days, or 90 days for a replacement.

Bought veneers. cost me over $600. Cracked after wearing them just a few times_ They wouldn’t replace them because I didnt contact them before 30 days. I guess they only guarantee them for 30 days because that’s about how long they last. Stay away from this company.

Update: This company production takes forever…. They have corrected the shipping cost but I have yet to see my product. Takes away from the excitement. So far this company fails to delivers literally…. Will follow up in another two weeks. If I do not receive my product will be filing dispute on that too.. jeez l!!! I ordered on 3/20/2025 was suppose to receive free shipping but I was still charge for the shipping. Have not received product. I hope the product quality is good because so far I am not happy I was over charged. It has yet to be resolve. Will follow up regarding quality.
