I knew from my very first call that I'd made the right decision. The team remained patient and kind throughout everything. They explained clearly so that I didn't get lost. I questioned a million things, and they never rushed me once or even seemed frustrated. And that meant the world to me because I was actually freaking out intially. They kept checking in, which kept me calm and assured about every step. I felt guided the entire time, and that's actually not common anymore.
