In this case, one of the prongs holding the center diamond broke by physical damage, leading to the loss of the main stone. Typically, repairs for such damage would come with an additional charge, but we still provided an $80 refund as a goodwill gesture.
Additionally, we offered you a brand-new ring at just 40% of the original price while allowing you to keep the old ring for resale—a rare service in the jewelry industry. Our goal is to uphold our commitment to quality, authenticity, and exceptional customer service. While no jeweler can repair physical damage for free, we strive to provide the best possible solutions to ensure your satisfaction.

The ring is stunning, but hope you don't have to make a warranty claim
Changing my review to 3 stars. The ring is still stunning but I am beyond disappointed with the service since having to make a warranty claim. Within just a couple of months my fiancé noticed one of the stones had fallen out. We immediately contacted David Simson and after a lot of back and forth we were finally told a replacement stone was on the way. We actually ended up receiving 3 stones, so we were happy even though we knew we would have to pay a local jeweler to actually fix the ring. Well upon getting the replacement stones checked they turned out to be cubic zirconium, not moissanite like the stones in the ring. May be a small difference, but after the poor communication on making a warranty claim it was all very disappointing. The ring is fixed and our local jeweler actually replaced the moissanite stone at no additional cost to us. So thankfully that worked out. Just hope you don't have to make a warranty claim.

The ring was a reasonable price. I was very skeptical on how the quality of the ring would be. I am happy to say that after receiving the ring I have found that it is really good quality and definitely worth the purchase. My only concern is that the main stone was a little loose in its setting. I will be in touch with someone about a resolution on that concern; but other than that I am again happy to say that it is a lovely ring and it looks amazing on my lovely fiancé!

These People are the Real Deal
Here’s what you really want to know, and yes ACTUALLY 5 stars.
- The Ring that came was even better than described. It looks BETTER than the picture, was not expecting as high quality as we got.
- The Price was more than fair and there were coupons on the website too!
- The customer service was responsive (the entire process is in India, so give them grace on time difference) to every email. But they also email you every step of the process.
- Delivered way ahead of schedule, the turnaround was extremely quick given its international shipping. Ring was purchased 7/23 and delivered 8/14.
I think some people are overly suspicious because the company is in India. I think that’s really unfortunate because you will miss out on some of the best service I’ve experienced online shopping and for a great price. Give these folks a chance to impress you, I guarantee they will.
