The shoes started falling apart after 2.5 months of very mild use. I walk 1.5 km to work each day and don't use these shoes everyday. I stand in an office most of the day. The sides of the heels started to fall apart and crack this exposing the inside of the shoe from the outside in the heel support areas. Don't buy

Worst trainers I’ve ever bought. Got 2 pairs for Xmas, and when trying them on thought they were a bit stiff due to new leather.. turns out they’re simply the most uncomfortable shoes I’ve ever tried, hasn’t gotten better with wearing them more, constant blisters and 1 pair developed a lump in the back of the heel after 3 wears digging into my heel. Completely unwearable.
Customer service was appalling trying to explain about the manufacturing defect and considering their price just said it was wear and tear after 3 wears. Joke

Bought 2 pairs of Fuga trainers from Date for my son's birthday and christmas presents. After a couple of wears my son complained of a lump in the back heel of one shoe.
After liaising with customer service, and a further battle with them, they agreed for me to return them so the quality office could evaluate the problem.
They have now confirmed that it is not a manufacturing fault, just wear and tear.
How can this be after he only wore them a couple of times.
Absolutely disgusted by their service especially as they aren't cheap trainers!! No compensation, nothing!!
This has put me off buying anything else from Date again, even though my trainers have been fine!

I discovered Date Sneakers on a trip to Italy many years ago. And since then I have ordered 20 pairs of shoes. I love the design the shoes fit great and delivery is quick to Canada. What can I say I’m a happy customer.. And the shoes last and look great. I get many compliments.

Customer Service lady was more than unfriendly, not helpful, aggressiv when I asked for a return. I had got a « Not valid » QR code, this happened already before with another order I made with Date. But in order to send me a new valid one I was very inpleasantly left alone with my problem.

They provide the best service with superior customer support. Great business ever! I strongly recommend them. I have seen a lot of progress after the 5-week ramp-up, Once I started seeing sales they have become more and more consistent every month. I am going to continue to update this as my store grows!
