The best part about Datamatrix is their structure and support. In thirteen years, I never had an issue speaking to a team lead or supervisor if there was an issue. Their response time is phenomenal, you're not going to wait a day or two for an answer to a question you have asked. They ensure there is enough workers for each project assigned, not one person doing three separate workloads i.e. MRI auth, transcription, work comp. It is tailored to the client. Datamatrix was my primary medical transcription service for over three years. The service was excellent, with accurate typing, turnaround time as promised and very good responsiveness to any issues that arose. Staff was easy to contact when needed. The transcription fees were reasonable. I would highly recommend them. (I no longer have need of transcription services as I have retired.)

I have been working as a Medical Scribe at DataMatrix. The organization gives value to 'individuality.' Each person starting from trainees to employees get equal respect which I think is the most important principle in a corporate. Moreover, the work culture and environment is great.
