I have just bought an ex-demonstration Forester from Dales Subaru. Nathan took my wife and I on a test drive, he drove for the first part of the drive as I had not driven an automatic car for years. He patiently explained how it worked and went through all the features on the car. I then took over the driving and he again patiently guided me through the rest of the test drive.
When I collected the car Paddy went through all the paperwork with us and again went through some of the main features of the car before we left. I returned a few days later to have a couple of accessories fitted by Paddy again it all went like clockwork.
During the whole process we felt at ease, everybody was friendly, helpful and professional, I shall be returning for servicing, etc.
The tea was good too!!

I recently visited Dales Subaru with my partner wishing to test drive a Forester. I was taken out by Ross (the owner) who was courteous and very patient with me (it had been 19 years since I last drove an automatic car). I had a reasonable test drive.
However, the following day, wanting to make sure the driving seat was really comfy and everything the Forester offered was what we wanted, we returned and I then had a VERY LONG test drive which satisfied me that this was the car I wanted. My thanks go to Ross for all the time he gave us.

Just bought a used Outback and customer service was excellent. I flew to Leeds- Bradford airport and was collected from there. No pressure to look over the car and no problem with taking time on the test drive. All documentation completed promptly and a happy customer left with a smile on his face. Car was faultless on 5 hour drive home.
