The support team takes weeks to respond to help trouble shoot issues. This continues to be an issue when it comes to returning batteries for a refund. It has been a month of trying to get the correct hazmat shipping paperwork to send back 2 batteries. I would NOT recommend this company due to their lack of customer support capabilities.

I have purchased 5 batteries from Dakota lithium over the years. I have a small battery I use in a kayak for electronics and an 54 amp I use for an electric motor. Both of the batteries have worked flawlessly and provided enough power for a full day of fishing. I have a 21’ boat with two 135 amp batteries wired for 24 volt for an electric trolling motor. I used a 3rd 135 amp battery to run house electrics, HDS fish finder, live well, bilge pump, down riggers. The old lead core batteries I previously used wouldn’t allow for a full day of fishing. I’d have to cut my fishing trips short because of low batteries warnings. With the 135 amp batteries I use a Dakota lithium four bank battery charger that has also workers flawlessly. I also have a small 15’ lake boat that I use a 135 amp power box in it for an electric trolling motor, fish finder, bilge pup and lights. I used the power box for soldering the electronics, and using a heat gun for the heat shrinks on my wiring. I bought the power box for when I don’t have ac voltage near or a power outage. I have been very happy with all my Dakota lithium batteries and accessories. I plan on getting another 135 amp battery in the future. The people at Dakota lithium have always been very helpful with my questions and getting me what I need.

I have been extremely happy with the batteries thus far! I have two starting and two trolling batteries for my bass boat and I can go three or four full days of fishing without charging. The reason I left four stars is that most orders take months to be delivered. If they moved their manufacturing to the US they could easily reduce their fulfillment times by 50% to 75%.

My initial purchase of four Dakota Lithium batteries exceeded all the energy requirements for my 20' bass boat's equipment, reliably powering the dense network of electronics and 36 volt trolling motor for days without recharge, as well as cranking the 200hp Honda outboard. They recharged reliably and quickly with the on-board charger, and have freed me from decades of lead-acid battery maintenance and replacement. As an eighty-year-old bass fisherman, this leaves me with only one remaining challenge: to fish long enough to amortize the eleven year warranty.

The initial set of batteries performed so well that I purchased two additional DL 320 amp hour batteries for my RV house bank. With solar panels to maintain their charge, the generator is now rarely used.

I OWN 4 100AH BATTERIES AND 1 320AH BATTERY ALONG WITH A SMARTSHUNT. AS I WAS EXPERIENCING RUN TIME ISSUES WITH MY ELECTRONICS, I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES FOR GUIDANCE. YOUR ENTIRE TEAM WAS VERY HELPFUL EACH TIME I CALLED . MICAH JOHNSON WAS EXCEPTIONAL. HE TREATED ME LIKE I WAS PART OF YOUR FAMILY AND HELPED ME WORK THROUGH MY ISSUES. Just took the charger out of the box I had to order and the negative side wasn’t even connected. So I guess I’ll have to pay to send it back and I’m sure I’ll have to pay to get it back

The few times I reached out to you; it took forever to get a response. The last battery that I ordered it took over a week and a half to get.
Due to these issues, I do not recommend your batteries even though we sell a lot of Bass Boats

There was no operating manual in the box. It would have been nice to see what other attachments and blades were available.

The battery charger was was not working when the battery was delivered.
a replacement was supplied at no cost however it seems to be operating at less than the 10 amps it is supposed to since it takes quite a long time to recharge my battery

Paid them waited and waited then after for what felt like forever I kept on waiting. They never shipped my battery. Quick to take your money but extremely slow when it comes to giving it back. I found another company and have been happy ever since.
