Indeed, due to network-related parameters, a call will drop at a certain time after 1 or 2 hours. This depends on the provider of the phone number you call. Phone providers add these parameters to avoid customers from getting charged when they don't hang up on a call properly.
Regarding the PIN, you can opt for the PINless Dialing feature, check it out in your account, and let us know if you need help activating it.
