They sent me a "new" printer

They sent me a "new" printer. Factory warranty expired on January 9, 2013. The print driver would not work with Windows 11 and Hewlett Packard could not send me a print driver that would work with that printer. I returned that printer, bought a new model printer, but before they received the "new" one, they sent me a refurbished printer of the same model. I declined to accept that one. They charged me a restocking fee of 32.773%.

We understand how disappointing it must have been to receive a product that didn’t meet your expectations. However, you never reached out to us to confirm the compatibility for windows 11 before placing the order. We have sent you a brand new printer and we tried our best to assist you in downloading the latest drivers for the printer. Later on, you agreed to send you a refurbished printer when the issue couldn't be resolved for the latest drivers. When we reached out the next day, you completely changed your mind and ordered a printer from somewhere else without letting us know. So, we lost the shipping cost twice. We could not have charged the restocking fee if there was a mistake from our side or if you would have let us know that you don't want a replacement and just want a full refund.
