Purchased the CT-850.5. Great 5 channel amp. Put 2-8” Tropo’s in a sub box wired to 1 ohm and with 400 watts rms going to them they really thump!

Delivery to wrong address and tried to get product with no luck. Have to reorder the product, when I have the chance agian. Reps response to was I had to drive and pick it up. Off course the package was not there or delivered from what I was told. So dissatisfied. There is not even a number to call and even tried to have ct audio adjust delivery address while in transit but they said they couldn’t. FedEx stated shipper had to update address.

Buyer beware
This was my first purchase with CT Sounds. I was very excited about my purchase and the welcome discount. I had to return the subs and buy new ones because of the OHM difference. I was issued a credit which was great and went through without a hitch. Now comes the issue. I went to buy the subs with the correct ohms and at check out it would not let me use my discount code along with the store credit. So it cost me an extra $45 to repurchase the same item .
