Do not use this company

Do not use this company! I would give this company 0 stars if I could. My significant other and I are Active Duty military and he got pulled for an assignment so we had to cancel our cruise outside the window. I reached out to the cruise line and they were so understanding and gave us a full refund. I contacted CSA travel to cancel the travel insurance and they wouldn’t give us a refund, or even credit for a future cruise despite me explaining our situation. This company only cares about making money and not about their customers.

Adding Insurance to VRBO as a HOST is…

Adding Insurance to VRBO as a HOST is horrible. Their website will not allow you submit a claim. You get the runaround and neither VRBO will help nor CSA TP. They redirect you to a website to fill out the HAclaimForm. What a joke. I think I'll just make guest pay a refundable deposit and they will take better care of my homes than making guest pay a non refundable insurance policy that doesn't really do anything!

Check when you buy that they don't use this provider

Don't buy your travel insurance with Co-op because they use this useless policy provider.

I find it really hard to believe that someone can have a travel insurance policy and a part of their journey is cancelled leading to them being severely inconvenienced and the policy does nothing. This is exactly what travel insurance is for!!! What is the point otherwise?!? What is the point of a policy that doesn't cover this. This is the basic purpose of travel insurance. Such a useless policy

I wish I had known sooner how bad this…

I wish I had known sooner how bad this company really was. At first, they made everything sound professional and convincing. I trusted them and ended up investing over $380,000, thinking I was making a smart decision. Everything seemed fine until I tried to make a withdrawal. Suddenly, they became impossible to reach. Emails went unanswered, calls were ignored, and when I finally did get a response, it was full of excuses and delays.
After months of getting nowhere, I realized I had been scammed. It was one of the most stressful and devastating experiences I have ever gone through. I was close to giving up completely until I found help through the name of the company in my profile picture. Thanks to that, I was able to recover what I lost. Without that help, I do not know where I would be right now.
If you are in a similar situation, be careful. There are real ways to get back what you lost, but you have to know where to look.

Do not get travel insurance with these…

Do not get travel insurance with these guys. It’s been 5 months and still waiting to even hear back about my lost baggage claim. Which was the airline fault and they admitted liability. Looking into them online I’m seeing everyone saying they are a scam company and I’m starting to believe it now.

Was worried after seeing all the…

Was worried after seeing all the reviews here. But we put in two claims and got the money within 2 months. We had kept all receipts and all email transactions between us and doctors, everything that we might possibly need. The claims were not for huge amounts. under £500 each. But they paid up within a couple of months. The only reason 4* and not 5* is just because we put in for the two claims as instructed but then only one processed at a time. They did then raise the second claim themselves and didn't ask me to resubmit everything which was helpful. I would say 4.5*s

Scam: Canadians are offered this Travel Protection but are not covered.

I am in Ontario Canada and booked a domestic flight to British Columbia using JustFly. CSA travel protection was offered through a link at an additional cost. I purchased the travel protection and was emailed a confirmation with additional information. In the email it clearly states: "This plan is available to residents of the United States or non-residents who have purchased this service in the United States of America." Since neither of these conditions applied to me I called for clarification. The woman I spoke to said CSA would cover me, but declined to forward anything stating this in writing. When I said I needed written confirmation that I would be covered in Canada she got annoyed and said I could just cancel the plan.

Complete waste of time

Complete waste of time - I obtained a yellow jersey insurance policy and broke wrist in France, I still have not had a tangeble reponse from them in over 12 months, i forward all my many French authority medical bills to them and i get no response what so ever, total con. The same as others .... you wait on hold for hours, get the same lady who gives a holding response - what a waste of time.

CSA Travel Insurance / Just Fly Do not refund as promised.

We booked our flights November 25, 2022 using Flight Hub and at the end of the booking we were offered the CSA Tavel Protection. My wife wanted luggage protection, so I purchased it.

Everything I read stated the insurance could be cancelled and was fully refundable as long as we hadn't started the trip, so I thought it sounded okay. Our flight was to leave on December 20, 2022, it was cancelled due to weather and we were rebooked for December 22, 2022. The December 22 flight was also cancelled, due to mechanical issues. At this point the trip was no longer going to work for us. I contacted Flight Hub and they looked after the ticket refunds from the Airline, but said the insurance was separate and did know who we should contact for cancelation and a refund. "CSA Travel Protection" is a shell company that is really "Just Fly", who I eventually contacted.

I tried various times to contact them, spent hour on hold, but finally got through on Jan 3, 2023. The agent was kind of rude at times and couldn't fully explain the charge on my credit card. The end result is they refused to refund us. Good thing I didn't buy any of the other issurance products they offered.

I are looking for issurance on your trip,I would recommend finding someone else to meet your insurance needs.

total scam

My family were stuck in Turkey after my niece had her passport stolen. CSA advised to book hotel stay at the same standard they had and that once they get back to put in a claim. I personally spoke to them myself too and the same advice was repeatedly given. Now they refuse to pay and keep changing their policy. Absolute scam and rip off as they have left my family in a really bad financial position especially now with a financial crisis on. I would never use them and ensure no member of my family or friends do either. This company should not be allowed to trade.

Carrier Cancellation claim DECLINED - total SCAM!

Booked a room that had a strict cancellation policy, so we bought the insurance which we thought would protect us in case of a cancelled flight. Well Air Canada cancelled our flight, we filed a claim, which was DECLINED! They called us and said that they only cover a cancelled flight if it was due to weather, plane malfunction, or a labor strike action. WTH??? Why those exact reasons? So a cancellation for any other reason, of the hundreds of other reasons, you are 100% out of luck! This cost us over $5000 dollars.
