This review is for the full service membership ($349 per month). I found the onboarding process quick and easy. I signed a POA, uploaded a couple ID forms and was done. My member webpage is easy to navigate and understand. Unfortunately after the onboarding is done there is nothing else except for the IRS account monitoring. The onboarding process did not include getting to know my situation or addressing my concerns, planning ect. However questions can be asked with a “complimentary” video chat by way of appointment about two weeks out. They also respond quickly to emails. I sent four and received a reply within one day however, they made it clear I needed to use the appointment process for anything beyond what a AI chatbox would give me. Maybe there are legal concerns with emails. Overall the onboarding was efficient but still a disappointment for lack of advice. I really think they are missing an opportunity to shine right at the beginning. Another important and stressful issue for me comes from their membership agreement. “ 5.10. You acknowledge that we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and to cancel user membership at any time.” So maybe I get cancelled in 8 months, maybe before an audit?

Regarding your concern about the lack of immediate advice: once you sign the Power of Attorney (POA), it typically takes the IRS about 2–3 weeks to process it and grant us access to your IRS records. This is a critical first step — without that access, we can't begin a personalized review or offer specific advice.
Once we receive that access, we’ll reach out to schedule your Initial Risk Review. This is where we go deep into your situation, review red flags, and answer the key questions you may have. These reviews are typically done via video call, as we find it’s the most effective way to fully understand and communicate about each client's unique circumstances. That said, we’re happy to respond to matters via email when appropriate. There are no legal concerns with that.
As for your concern about the membership agreement: the clause you referenced is a standard one we include to protect both parties, especially in rare cases of misuse or non-cooperation. Please know that our goal is to support and defend our members, not drop them unexpectedly — particularly not during an audit. Our commitment is to stand with our clients through the long haul.

Best help with needed 8949 tax form
I was calling many online crypto tax sources for 8949 form help with my self custodial BTC. Many claim to they can manage your account. But, I may still be old fashioned where I like to talk to someone. Because, one answered email question leads to another question, after another. A prior service I used (2023) told me that $3000 was too low of a price (for 2024) and wanted to move me into a $30,000 VIP plan: Crypro tax audit did it for even a lot less than $3K. Worth every cent!
