I made two deposits at a crypto based ATM in Norco California The first transaction to my Bitcoin wallet the second to my Litecoin wallet 2 days later and neither transaction have posted on blockchain I sent numerous emails in the attempted to call their phone number multiple times to no avail. THESE GUYS ARE RIPPERS!

I had purchase $1,200.00 dollars from and cryptobase atm machine and they wallet barcode they never did received the payment . I had this same problem once before.so from now on I will never purchase no btc from a cryptobase atm machine there not to be trusted at all.

I deposited $10K in the CRYPTOBASE ATM located at 777 S, Gilbert Rd Gilbert, AZ on 3 November 2024. After putting in the $10K ATM it asked if I wanted a receipt, I answered yes, it took a few seconds and said the printer was broke. Did I want an email receipt, I answered yes.
No email receipt was ever received at my email and the money never was received at the wallet it was sent to.
CRYPTO will not reply and has ghosted me for the a month last month
