Just recently I tried swapping ETH to XMR here. Was promised a fast process. Instead, waited over twenty minutes without updates. Contacted support, they blamed blockchain congestion. Pretty frustrating.

A fast and cheap no kyc exchange. I use them for years and always happy. The support is a bit slow as you need to email them but they always deliver.
