Don’t go if you need any sleep. On 5th floor and although my IHG profile clearly states I need to sleep I was put overlooking the main road and being awake all night and even at 04:48 the road noise was horrendous. It is double glazed but has opening window and you can feel the breeze coming in from the window. Obviously seals gone. Talk duty manager 5 days ago who was going to look into it. Absolutely no response from them. £198 for one person for the night. What an absolute rip off.

On arriving at this hotel you are greeted by friendly helpful staff. The hotel is a short walk from Leeds train station.
The hotel is lovely and clean and has a lovely big staircase leading up to the upper floors. You can get lift to any floor. The rooms are lovely and spacious clean and tidy. You get a fridge in your room, tea making facilities, plus couple biscuits 😋nice big wardrobe with hangers and you also get iron and hairdryer. The beds are lovely and comfy and had great night sleep once the heating got sorted in the room as I thought it was cold. The thermostat was switched on but when I went to reception I was informed by Sam that it could take up to 1-2hr to come on. It didn't kick in till after 11 as that's when I fell asleep.
The breakfast is well worth the price and the staff go above and beyond to help to make sure you have what you want
Had swim in the pool in morning and also went I. The jacuzzi, always nice to I hotel with pool in plus they have a gym, steam room and sauna
They have an onsite bar but I thought it was expensive as asked for bottle of presecco and was informed it would be £37😵they have a lovely seating area outside, which when cold they have outside heaters and was also informed they have barbaques when weather is nice in the summer.
Would i return most definitely can't wait to book up again. It also helps if you are a IHG member as you can sometimes get late check out.
Plenty to do in Leeds and you are about 5 mins away from shopping centre restaurant and the pubs 🙂

Excellent conference room, facilities, and rooms. I would also like to extend personal thanks to all members of staff - their friendliness, courtesy and willingness to help made the two days run so much more smoothly.

- Haroun and John who helped with the conference room and lunch time food
- Kerry and the kitchen staff for the delicious food and prompt, professional table service.

During my stay at your hotel, a male guest gained access to my hotel room at midnight as they were given a keycard to it by reception. I called reception after the incident but no one picked up the call and when talking to reception the following morning at around 9:30 am, I was only told sorry and that this is a rare occurrence. I felt that the staff was indifferent to my situation.

I've contacted the hotel several times by email to only hear from them a handful of times. They promised an investigation into the matter and offered me points which I've accepted. I've heard nothing and received nothing and now they have not responded to me for over a month.
