I would give zero stars if I could

I would give zero stars if I could. I will be disputing the charge with my bank as well. I placed an order that stated 4-8 weeks delivery. I have yet to get the product or a true answer by anyone at this company. It fits with the rest of the 1 star reviews for this company. It’s atrocious and they seriously DO NOT CARE! This was a momento for my daughter that I paid over $200 for and she never received. They also wouldn’t provide a refund or a cancellation except for only 1/2 the money. The bogus canned responses I would receive when inquiring about the order truly means they don’t care. What kind of company doesn’t back their work or product 2!; refuses to give a full refund for something that was never produced. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. You won’t get what you paid for. Actually you won’t get anything because they just steal your money and don’t produce anything.

The artwork is phenomenal

The artwork is phenomenal. I have several pieces of art from Crown and Paw of several different pets. All of the pieces are magnificent. Recently, I ordered a painting of 3 of my pets that passed on standing at the Rainbow Bridge. The painting is heart warming and a great rendition of these beloved pets. I also ordered 2 mouse pads of this painting but was sent 2 gaming pads. Not sure if the error was mine or theirs. But they made good and sent me 2 mouse pads free of charge. I truly appreciate the attentiveness of customer service. I highly recommend this company and I will certainly use them again.

Hard no! Be warned!

Updated response based on the trolling from the company:

There is more to the story. In addition to them not being able to locate my return I would also like to highlight the:

Lack of response time after ordered placed.
Incorrect communication about items on website.

In addition to them not being able to locate my item sent to their warehouse.

If only they spent this much time looking for the item instead of searching the web for bad customer reviews!

The experience was very disappointing.
The lack of communication and transparency of their processes have made me want to share my experience.

When the order was placed the communication to me stated that I would be approving the design which did not happen. In a follow up email 3 weeks later from Adam, he explained that this wasn’t for the product I ordered, however, the communication on the website was inaccurate.

They took over 2 weeks to respond and the item arrived late as they could not meet their posted delivery times.

There are other companies out there with great products with much better customer service. One of the worst online experiences I have ever had.

SCAM!!!

I placed the order in the second week of December, we are at the end of February now and it never arrived. I was refused a refund and assured that a new shipment was sent. All the shipments are traceable for a bit and then alway disappear without leaving the US. I have ordered multiple items from the US that arrived without any issues so this unfortunately feels like a scam. Very disappointing.

What has happened to this company?!

I have ordered from this company in the past with no issues. It seems something has changed since then.

Paid over $200 for my item. Ordered on October 2024. Like others have mentioned, there was a banner on the website saying guaranteed delivery by Christmas. I didn't even get the first "approve these pictures" email until 2 weeks before Christmas. I asked for revisions. I did not hear back until after I reached out to them again in early January. Again, I did not hear back until this week after I filed a charge dispute with my credit card. Now, they're trying to get me to drop the dispute and move forward with the item but I want to be done with them. At this point, I don't trust that i would ever get my item if I cancel the disputed charge. I will never order from them or recommend them to anyone else ever again. Horrible experience all around. Still don't have the item. Still don't have my money back.

Absolute garbage

Absolute garbage. I paid over 100 for a blanket that is so thin you can see light through it. I was embarrassed to give it as a gift. Customer service just asks for more pictures every time I reach out. I have sent many at this point and they are fully aware that the blanket they sell isn't much thicker than tissue paper! There are better companies. Look elsewhere.

Bad quality

I wish I could say anything positive because it is a neat idea for a company but they really struggle with execution. A ton of options but the quality isn't there. Ordered 2 items and paid to have it done sooner. After approving the artwork the transfer to canvas and coffee mug was nothing like the preview. The print on the mug was crooked and not wrapped properly and looked very cheap. I could have done a better job on Canva or Amazon. The canvas was so dark you could hardly tell what you were looking at even in direct lighting. I communicated this to customer service and they offered to redo the canvas. On the mug I was told they would pass on the complaint to the team and nothing more. I didn't get a preview or anything from them before resending the new canvas and they knew what the issue was. They didn't ask for a new or better quality photo which the one I used passed when unloaded because if it's low quality it won't let you use it to begin with. The new canvas I got was darker than the first and I took a picture of them side by side for comparison. They asked if I wanted them to replace it again but I said no they clearly don't have a clue and customer service is abysmal. They even wanted to blame the quality of photo and pass the buck like most companies do. These were gifts to help my mother get through her grief as she had just lost her cat of 20 years. She still treasures them but I hated gifting something that looked so cheap that wasn't at all inexpensive. I'd avoid them and find a better company
