Had an issue with last order as availability of a product was displayed on their website wrong. Managers reached for me immidiately letting me know the product ain't available yet but will be in stock shortly and immidiately shipped. Everything done as promised plus they made a free express delivery.
This is not the first time I make an order here and definitely won't be the last one. Just wish this kind of attitude to customers and feedback become industry standard.
