Almost expired products

I made an order on 12th of April, 2025 I received a product made in 2023 with a ( best before May, 2025).
The customer service is dismissive, on the website they say you can choose either to return or exchange the product if you're dissatisfied,I requested an exchange they told me this is the product that we have right now- in a very dismissiveand disrespectful way.
Delivery was 5£ish and return was for 6 £ ish. And yeah both Delivery and return on you as a customer.
