I ordered a CPAP machine from CPAP Specials and had it shipped to the UK. I placed the order on Day 1 and was impressed to receive a DHL Express tracking email the same day, along with a prompt request for import duty/tax payment from DHL.
Once I completed the payment, the customs clearance process went smoothly without any delays. To my surprise, the CPAP machine arrived on Day 3.

It is convenient for us to place an order, but it still have some area to be improved.

After we successfully placed our purchasing order, we did not receive any email to confirm that we have really successfully placed the order in your system if we did not create an account before we placed an order.
By the way, we don’t know where and how we can trace the shipping status for the order we have placed.

Anyway, it is not inconvenient for us if we would like to revise our order like shipping or billing address in our order due to a typo.

Pls help address the said issues for us asap. Thank you.

Ordered Airsense 11 machine last year…

Ordered Airsense 11 machine last year and it stopped working in a couple of months. We sent the machine back to get it fixed under warranty but it took forever (4 months) to get the machine back and even after getting back the machine, the machine was of no use as it was missing the power cord. Followed up so many times on the power cord but no one responded. It looks like this company is a scam.

In your response below you mentioned that the accessories (power cord, etc) should not be included when sending the machine for repair work. I have an email from your organization stating that they will need the power cord along with machine to test if the issue is with the machine or with the power cord.

Also, you are mentioning that you will improve your response time but even in your response there is no resolution to the missing power cord. This is the type of service CPAP Specials provides.
