Terrible service

I have ordered 15 masks when the company offered an extra sale in their newsletter.( 2021. April 13.)
I paid for it, but never got it, because UPS didn't deliver because of the wrong address or wrong phone number, so they didnt contacted me and they sent back the masks.
When I realized it I contacted Cosmo2 about 5 times, emails, and NO ANSWER AT ALL. No masks and no money return.

Long time wait for delivery and still not received and no communication from the seller

Very dissapointing service , I ordered masks 3 weeks ago and till now no contact from seller. I asked for tracking number and no answer. I ordered masks in summer 2020 and first time we received masks in about 6 weeks. But it was during company startup. They still dont have masks in stock and selling all around the world. Communication is terrible. I could have have other masks for that money immediately nowadays. Very angry because I need masks now .. not after pandemics.

We can't find the order you say you made 3 weeks ago!

All orders are shipped same day Monday to Friday so this is not correct that you have placed a new order at least not under your name and any order has been shipped out with UPS express and all are delivered!!!

The only order we have from you is order #1066 and that goes back to September 2020.

Please mail us or answer here you new order number so we can investigate.

Nice product

I received my masks after a 4 months…

I received my masks after a 4 months delay and although I was really angry with this, I have to say that the quality of the mask is far superior to anything else I've tried till now.
I am sure that things have changed regarding the company's policy on deliveries and I will make another purchase very soon.

Best mask I have ever worn

These masks are by far the best quality mask that I have had. They are made of excellent material! They are larger than a typical mask which makes it so much easier to breath. These are a 10/10 for me.

I never thought I would be excited...

I never thought I would be so excited about buying a mask until now. An awesome product in design, protection and comfort. The adjustable ear straps are a bonus. I would definitely recommend.

Great masks! (Slow but sure shipping)

Love my masks - I bought a range of colours for a few people. They are very comfy esp the way the straps are designed. However, did experience slow shipping due to the COVID delay but was all resolved and I received my order eventually!

This is the best mask I have ordered. The shipping was a bit slow at first, but support fixed the issue very quickly and responded accordingly. You guys are saving lives! Thank you Cosmo Team! I will be ordering many more masks for my family :)
