This was the first time snorkeling with my son and it was a great experience.. Instructor showed a couple sea turtles and he got to show a starfish and he explained how the starfish eats and survives in the water.. pretty cool trip which was last minute!

I am bad on remembering names but you always remember the Principal when you've had a Good one.
Yep, Educational it was, lots to see and learn about.
The Ponies and their story was my reason for booking and I received many more reasons to visit again because of all I learned that day.

Our guide, Drew, was very friendly, fun, and knowledgeable. He gave us information on the rock formations, landscape, plants, animals, and hikes for every level. We were so glad we took the tour because we learned information we would not have otherwise known and we saw the amazing vistas at Bryce Canyon!

I strongly advise against booking anything through Cool Destinations. On May 11, 2025, my friend and I booked tickets for a party bus through their website, which clearly advertised “Free Cancellation”—it’s one of the first things you see. Unfortunately, we accidentally selected the wrong date and immediately contacted customer service for a refund.

To our surprise, we were told via email that a refund was not possible and the original booking would stand—completely contradicting their advertised policy. We called and spoke with a representative named “Alabama,” who told us that the tickets were canceled but we still wouldn’t receive a refund OR be able to use the tickets. When we pushed back on the false advertising, she said a refund would be processed, but we never received it.

After repeated calls and voicemails, we finally got another rep on the line—who hung up on us mid-conversation. We even contacted the owner of the party bus directly, who was willing to issue the refund but couldn’t because the booking was handled by Cool Destinations, a third-party.

We have since filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau due to the company’s misleading advertising and refusal to honor their own policies. They have not responded to the BBB complaint either.

This is a dishonest company with shady business practices. Save yourself the headache and book directly with vendors—DO NOT use Cool Destinations.

We really enjoyed getting an overview of some of the rich history of Wilmington. Our guide was obviously committed to our needs as a group and we left wanting to continue learning much more about Wilmington.

This dolphin tour was Amazing! Definitely 5 stars⭐️! The captain, his boat mate & the photography team were all awesome! We struggled a little to get there through the detour, the captain was kind enough to give us a few minutes Grace & was very warm & welcoming upon arrival. We were on a girls trip but this tour is definitely family friendly. If you’re in the area try this awesome & very affordable experience you won’t be disappointed! Thanks again Soundside Cruiser for the wonderful experience⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The staff were welcome and the pasta making class was simple and still entertaining. Working along side other people from all over the world made for a cool experience and dining with them afterwards was a great was to exchange stories.
