Always used daily’s contacts and they are great. This time the 2 boxes I received had a lot of defective contact lenses. So many went in the trash. They are very expensive as they are and to be throwing them out made for a worse experience. Will be looking for a different brand or company.

I still have not received my order. The package if delivered was incorrectly delivered. I did not receive a shipping notification and I have not received the invoice for what I purchased even though I have requested 3 times. Obviously they are associated with another company called Kits as that is the charge on my credit card. I am currently out for $400 worth of contacts. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company. I had to order replacement contacts from Clearly and received them the next day at no extra cost.

I don't think it's a safe place to leave a package with a value of over $300.
Your courier partner used to be Canada Post and it was very secure that they put it into the mailbox and left a big parcel at my front door.

I am really upset with ContactsExpress and will NEVER order from them EVER again! I have been a customer in the past and they did an okay job, however I ordered my contacts a week ago with express shipping that stated it will be here in 1-4 business days. It’s now a week later and I have not received my contacts, which directly wasted the money I used for the express shipping. I suffer with chronic migraines and my glasses make this 100x worse, and used the express shipping to get these ASAP so I do not have to continue dealing with excessive pain. I used the live chat this morning to express my frustration and my situation and there was no representative available. I got an email back after and they definitely did not take my concerns seriously whatsoever.
I called their customer service number just now (3:15PM ON A THURSDAY) and a robot said “Looks like all our representatives have gone home for the day, please call us during our service hours or leave a message” I left a message and looked at their website after to see that their customer service hours were MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 10-6PM!!! The website also states that the representatives are happy to help and are very effective, which is NOT TRUE at all! I am really angry and disappointed that I have had to spend a week now working long hours in healthcare with a constant extreme migraine from my glasses because this company did not live up to their promised standards. I will DEFINITELY NOT be EVER ordering from here EVER AGAIN and I encourage you to do the same!!!

They advertise a heavily discounted price, which matches the competitor's prices online, and then offer a 'first time discount' of 30% for new customers. When you take the time to add the item to your cart, find and enter all of your prescription information, and go to check out...they bump the price up to avoid giving you the 30% discount. For example, my contacts were advertised for $147 a box - which was within $10 of all the other offers. When I check out, it's $210/box less 30% (first time customer discount) to bring me back to the $147 a box. This is extremely misleading, because why would I become a new customer for absolutely no discount when I can just reorder through clearly.ca? I would rather a company be HONEST so that we can make an informed decision up front. When I emailed them about it, they answered with a form-reply about having 'processing fees' just like other companies. I didn't even ask about processing fees.... they definitely do not show that they care at all about transparency or customer service.

Ironic their name has express in it when they don’t deliver. Contacts Express is the WORST company I have ever dealt with. They blatantly lied about their shipping times, promising quick delivery when they clearly couldn’t deliver. I needed my lenses urgently, and instead, they gave me excuse after excuse about “courier delays”—as if that’s my problem to solve.
When I asked for a refund, they made it as difficult as possible, dragging out the process and wasting even more of my time. After all my effort and stress, they had the audacity to refund me a laughable amount that didn’t even come close to what I requested. Their response to my issue was dismissive and insulting, showing ZERO regard for their customers.
This company is a joke. They’ll happily take your money, fail to deliver on their promises, and leave you fighting tooth and nail to get even a fraction of what they owe you. Do yourself a favor and avoid this scam of a business at all costs.
