It was a disappointing experience
It was a disappointing experience. My eyes began to strain by the end of the first week of wearing these lenses. I understand the return policy doesn’t allow opened boxes, but how else would I have known the lenses wouldn’t work for me? It feels unreasonable and frustrating. I won’t be coming back and cannot recommend this product.

Before purchasing, all patients are required to see their eye care provide for trials before finalizing their prescription. This ensures that you are getting the correct product that works best for you before purchasing.

HI. Thank you for your order and taking the time to leave your feedback. Upon review of your order, I do see you paid our standard rate of $12.95 but were upgraded at no additional cost to 2nd day. Per tracking with UPS it shows it was delivered on the 2nd business day.
Update: Thank you for your updated reply. Just to clarify procedures, all shipping starts when we dispatch the lenses from the warehouse. Since we have to make sure the prescription is verified and we have the lenses in stock. If a customer has a specialty lens, those will need to be ordered direct from the manufacturer.

Please be up front with your prices! It is infuriating to get hit with a HUGE processing fee at the very END of the transaction.
Overall this practice makes me seriously reconsider doing business with your company in the future, which is NOT what you are looking to do.

As soon as you land on the product page, under the cost of the item it states: this item is on sale an not eligible for any coupons. A processing fee will apply. Once you click the 'read more', a popup will display explaining the fee and showing the price per box. You have multiple opportunities to read about the fee once the checkout process has began.

VERY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE!
I accidentally got three orders in cue. It didn't process but indicated it was an Rx error. EVENTUALLY I found a way to delete unwanted items but it was NOT easy! Overall a very frustrating experience

If you had an issue with uploading the RX, it could be due to the file size or the type of file you were trying to upload.

Hard to use
1. Very hard to see exactly what am buying. 6 to a package? Hidden on one early screen. Should be on product description at checkout. Simple stuff
2. Remembered credit cards impossible to actually use. I see it, it is correct, but does not populate. Webmaster should be embarrassed.
3. Discount coupon BM10 wouldn't work. And no I don't want to give you my mobile number. Sheesh. Get with the program.
4. Comment Submittal process--must give email? A. you have it, B. Why do I need to re-enter it? Two-factor process? for survey? C'mon, man?!

HI. I apologize for your frustration. I would like to address your concerns in the order you have addressed them. 1. On the product page, where you enter your prescription, will have a bigger image of the product where you will see the qty per box on the image itself. 2. For security reasons we do not store passwords or payment information, it will need to manually entered each time. Therefor, if the credit card is being auto-populated it is from the device you are using. 3. The reason the code you tried using did not work was being your items were on sale. As it states on both the website and the coupon: offer cannot be combined. Your mobile number is not required to place an order it is there if you would like to receive coupons via text. 4: If it asking you to reenter your email, it is because the review platform you choose to leave a review on my require you to create an account, Contact Lens King is not requiring it again. I hope this clarifies some of your concerns. Thank you.
