IM A CURRENT EMPLOYEE HERE AT THIS…

IM A CURRENT EMPLOYEE HERE AT THIS COMPANY WORKING REMOTE AS A FULFILLMENT ASSISTANT. MY 30 DAY PROBATIONARY PERIOD IS OVER AND THESE PEOPLE LOCKED ME OUT THE CRM ON PAYDAY AND NOW THEY NOT ANSWERING MY EMAILS. THEIR PHONES IS NO LONGER ACTIVE AS WELL. I SIGNED A CONTRACT AND THEY ARE NOT HOLDING UP TO THEIR PART ON RELEASING MY FUNDS. MIND YOU MY CURATOR KERRY RYAN WAS COMMUNICATING WITH ME EVERY STEP OF THE WAY WHEN THEY NEEDED THOSE PACKAGES SENT OUT. IM LIVID BECAUSE I HAVE A FAMILY TO FEED AND THIS COMPANY WASTED MY TIME. I WILL PURSUING LEGAL ACTION. BE VERY CAUTIOUS WITH THIS COMPANY AS THEY TREAT THEIR EMPLOYEES LIKE CRAP ONCE THEY GET WHAT THEY CAN OUT OF YOU!!!

Company is a big scam

Company is a big scam, they are not in the address they claim firstly, secondly they employed a friend of mine, when it was time to pay salary, they stopped replying to email and shut him out completely, i called the building they claim their head office is several times, they never heard of the company before, no customer service to reach, all is a scam,complete scam.

I sell vintage records

I sell vintage records, and I've tried several fulfillment companies. This is the first time I'm writing a review because I've been so impressed with Connexionix. When one of my shipment got delayed due to weather conditions, they reached out to me first to let me know and offered to expedite the shipping once it cleared up. It’s these little things that make a difference. Their attention to detail is something I really appreciate.

The fulfillment service works fine most…

The fulfillment service works fine most of the time, but when one of my orders got delayed at customs, it took a few days for the support team to really figure out what was going on. That's just too long when you're a small business and don't have the resources to track everything yourself. I’ll keep using them, but I hope they improve on communication in the future.

We sell high-end fashion accessories

We sell high-end fashion accessories, and it's been mostly great. There was a hiccup with one of our orders going to the wrong address, but that was resolved in less than 24 hours. Overall, everything has gone smoothly. I wish the shipping options were more flexible — sometimes I need express shipping, and I had to jump through hoops to make that work, but other than that, no complaints.

I sell custom gifts

I sell custom gifts, and my customers are always picky. The fulfillment team made sure everything was packed just right. They even checked on a couple of high-ticket orders before shipping them out, which impressed me. I fee like my products are in good hands.

As a first-time user of a fulfillment…

As a first-time user of a fulfillment outsourcing, I wasn't sure what to expect. The integration with my Shopify store was seamless, and once my orders were in the system, they shipped out like clockwork. However, when a problem did arise with one order, I felt like the support team was a bit slow in resolving it. Still, everything eventually worked out and I’m happy with the results.

I'm really satisfied with Connexionix…

I'm really satisfied with Connexionix overall. One thing I'll note: I sell delicate handmade items, and the team at this fulfillment center made sure my products were packed with extra care. One order had some minor confusion at the warehouse, but they corrected it immediately and kept me in the loop. I wish their customer service was just a little faster to respond, but overall, they get the job done.

Had a fairly standard experience until…

Had a fairly standard experience until one of my fragile packages arrived damaged. The contents were completely smashed. I sent them photos and explained the issue, and they refunded the cost of the order without much hassle. Still, it was a bit of a downer considering the price I pay for shipping. They did take care of it, though, and the customer was eventually happy.

I was about to give up on shipping…

I was about to give up on shipping internationally, but these guys made it easy. My items, which included tech gadgets, got stuck in customs for over a week. I was losing sleep over it. But then, they kept me updated every step of the way, liaised with the customs team, and everything was cleared. It felt like they really took ownership of the situation.

I've used a lot of fulfillment…

I've used a lot of fulfillment companies, and so far, Connexionix has been pretty solid. I had one case where an order got delayed because of a missed address, but the team contacted me to confirm the details and got everything sorted. That level of care makes me feel confident using them again. However, their website could use a little work. It's a bit hard to navigate when I need something quickly.

My shipment arrived on time

My shipment arrived on time, but the packaging was a little off. The box was barely taped shut, and I thought the contents were going to spill out. It wasn't disastrous, but for the price I paid, I expected a more professional presentation. They should definitely improve on their packaging consistency. If I hadn't been paying attention, I could've had a mess on my hands.

I had a strange request regarding a bulk shipment of large electronics, and honestly, I thought they'd just brush me off. But they didn't. They asked questions, offered alternatives, and worked with me to find the best solution. I felt listened to, and that's rare these days. Shipping went smoothly, and I never had to worry about a single detail. Thanks for going the extra mile.

There were some serious issues with the…

There were some serious issues with the tracking system; my customer's order was "delivered" but was never received. I had to spend hours contacting support. They eventually admitted there was an internal issue but didn't really offer much by way of compensation. It's all just a little too much work to keep up with when you're running a small store.
