Customer service issues, product seemed okay but overpriced
I used their recommendations for sizing and it was too big..In order to "exchange it for free" you have to pay to have it shipped back. Exchange policy is misleading and I could have gotten a similar product for quite a bit cheaper but thought with all positive ratings it was a more legit company. Not the case.
