Easy to use. Easy to extend ad. I liked that their customer service called towards the end of my ad time

I went to search for my add and even when I entered a filter for less than $30,000 and International Box trucks it did not show up on the list. I am very disappointed. I had to narrow my search to between 19,000 and 21,000 before I saw it. No wonder there have been not calls.

The pricing is just too high and the number of photos allowed is too low. We frequently have over 100 photos per listing and having to cut down to a fraction of that is time consuming for us and just annoying for us to be honest. Additionally, your support is very much lacking and I feel as if it's become worse and worse over the years. Ended listings do not stay in our account long enough and instead clear out, forcing us to re-create the ad from scratch if we want to re-list. From a business standpoint, you should have all prior listings on file with a one-click re-list option. You would get more business and sell more ad spots. Instead, I always have to contact support and have the revive the old ad, then I login and tweak/update and publish it. Support use to be helpful with this but my last half dozen or so requests to revive prior ads were ignored. We had planned on re-listing two vehicles recently but could not get Commercial Truck Trader Support to revive said ads, so we actually never renewed them and you lost out of several hundred dollars in business. I believe I sent multiple emails to support and did live chat, which used to work in the past. For the price, there are just too many issues and limitations with your listings, in addition to support that unfortunately, just hasn't been supportive lately. For the price of the packages, the number of images allowed is definitely too low. Even for a vehicle under $20k, it is $68.95 for a 2 week, 4 photo listing? $114.95 for a 20 photo, 8 week listing? Even the top option at $206.95 only allows 50 total photos, which is ridiculous for the highest tier. The 26 week run time is acceptable for the price but it should be a minimum of 100 images allowed, perhaps 50 allowed for the mid tier and 10-20 allowed for the Basic $68.95 tier. You now are charging more based on the price of the vehicle where it used to be a flat rate for a given package. So for a our '22 Ford F-550 Dump Truck, we paid $184.95 for an 8 week listing but only 20 photos were allowed, and we have close to 60 total on nearly every other online listing. It appears that CTT keeps increasing the prices but the product and listings remain the same. Disappointed.

Most of the calls so far involves scams where people are trying to get you to order reports from a variety of different websites. After about the fifth request, I told them just to consider the vehicle not available. They pretend as if they are going to meet you and look at the vehicle, but they Say they do not trust Car CAR fax and insist on the seller purchasing another report for $50-$80 before they will pursue the transaction which i Seems to be all just a shame to sell reports.

I don't know what kind of exposure my ad's got but for me not to receive a single phone call or email on either truck seems impossible.

I regretted posting my truck on this site as soon as I paid for it.

My listing has received eight views thus far. Paying $80 for that amount of marketing isn't balanced. While I understand the market is challenging and my truck is older, I'm getting better results for free on FB and $5 on Craigslist.
