Colonbroom forces product on their customers that make them sick.

I am severely allergic to this product. When I contacted customer service they refused to refund my next subscription order and forced a shipment of 6 more containers on me. They never sent an email prior to sending the next shipment, I just received a notification from my credit card company that I was charged again. The customer service team was very rude and did nothing to rectify the issue. I’ve had the same allergic reaction to another product and that other company was very nice about it and gave me a full refund. I’m not sure why colonbroom wants to force a product on a customer that will make them severely sick.
