Worst bmx company ever

I bought the cs pro free coaster bmx. Horrible decision. They won't do anything for warranty. They will answer one email then never follow up. Just buy a known bike brand and don't be a dummy like me.

Purchased a C100 for my son and once we assembled it I could see the wheels were out of alignment and rubbing on the disc brakes. The spokes are loose on both wheels and are badly out of alighnment. I tried ringing..you will get nowhere. I have sent an email and still awaiting a response which I doubt I will get. If you buy a £625.00 they should be at least check them before they leave the shop. For the money on these bikes are I wouldnt bother.

stock up!

Hello, I have come to give my opinion on this brand, where I have had several problems, I have a c2 from collective bikes I had the first one where the paste which held the brake caliper broke, and now I have changed bikes I bought a c2 low from collective bikes once again, it is possible that I broke the axle of my c2 and now it is nowhere to be found, I find it horrible on the part of this brand of buying a bike for €725 and now I can't do anything to repair it because it can't be found, so now I have to stay with a bike that hasn't been used for 3 months all because of a brand that it does not know how to manage the production of their parts, if you sell bicycles, you must also think about bicycle consumables and produce them for the customer.

Faulty Bike - They Ignore Any Warranty Claim

Purchased a new C100 for my son in March and the moment he started riding it he said the front wheel was 'clicking'.

I looked and all the spokes were extremely loose and some spoke-nipples were so loose they could be turned by finger.
How the wheel hadn't collapsed was amazing.

I emailed Collective Bikes about the issue as the wheels would be machine made and there was obviously a production fault on a batch at least that was out of their direct control.

I got a local cycle repair guy to sort the wheel out after waiting a few days for Collective Bikes to repsond to my email (you CANNOT ring them directly).
7 months later and they still haven't replied .. I guess they have a VERY large number of complaints to wade through before getting to mine??

My son knows a few other Collective C100 owners who have had the self same issue with their new bikes and couple of new owners that ignored the 'clicking' front wheel and had it collapse on them.

The cycle has held up well to the use my son has thrown at it but they are an extremely shoddy company to ignore their laibilty to customers when they supply barnd new bike which are faulty.

They are more interested in Youtube hype to sucker kids into buying their faulty products.

Great bike

I love their style, noting like others, great customer service as well. Other reviews don’t tell the truth.

Not a decent company by far

Not a decent company by far, in fact it's hard to call them a company all they do is ship bikes in from China mark the price up and sell them on! Well my experience with them concretes the fact I'll never use them or recommend them to anyone! They sold is an unroad worthy bike, one part snapped and well I tried to get a replacement from them I was told they don't stock any parts and for me to take the bike to a shop near me, pay for the repair myself then chase them up for the cost of the repair! He looked at the part on line, so I asked if they could buy it and send it to me to save me the trouble of taking the bike to the shop they said no its not something they would do for me, and I was basically told to like it or lump it! Then they hung up on me and when I tried to call them back they ignored my calls! I've been into BMXing for over 40 years and in all that time I've never come across such craziness! Shocking treatment!

Ordered bmx

Ordered bmx, arrived with chain too small, they sent another chain, still too small. Sent 3rd chain, the professional bike doctor had trouble fitting 3rd chain, wheel then tilted making chain fall off again. When contacted collectivebikes asked if I could take it to be repaired. Bike not fit for purpose. Now stuck with a bike thats not fit for purpose and out of pocket. Terrible customer service.
