Overall CoVet has made my job and life SO much easier. I love being able to dictate my notes. In general it does a very good job of capturing things. And what it captures it turns into really efficient records.
My only issues are when it either doesn’t record or doesn’t save the recording, which doesn’t happen often and is sometimes a phone/service and sometimes an app issue.
I also find the adjusting of templates to be a little clunky currently, but I’m sure that will continue to improve

Good overall in recording and interpreting parts of conversation, has good ways of personalizing SOAP templates, and different formats of medical records. Wish it was easier to navigate adjusting the amount of detail in conversations

Love Hate Relationship
I LOVE so much about this program- it is difficult t integrate the DVMs using this in my practice- I get that there are references to the maladies that the clients bring up for themselves being listed in the medical note as if they were issues for the pet.
Even if we type in the full name correctly, we still get the pet's name misspelled in the notes- this happens frequently and as a result makes us have to go in and change it which is a waste of time and tedious.
The client summary is ONLY taking the verbal comms and does not incorporate the finalized SOAP into the creation-
My goal is to have all of our clients receiving a visit summary the next morning. but because of the inaccuracies that have to be corrected, we can't utilize this feature routinely.
I use it for all of my calls, meetings with staff, dictation etc. Once things get more accurate, I know we will use it more.
Integrating the SOAP into the creation of new documents will be a game changer.

The phone call system is just awesome. Does not use clinic phone lines and all the conversation is recorded and ready to be linked. It also informs the clients about conversation being recorded so that they have choice to take the call or not.

Really good prompt support
Really good prompt support with the odd little problem I have had. Amazing technology that likely saves me 2 hours a day writing files, and remembers little details of discussions with the owner that I might have forgotten when hand writing files later.

And rising! This app gets better every week. It has already saved me so much time. I have had to slightly adjust how I examine to verbalize more of it, but once I got the hang of it, it was easy. I also add verbal vomit at the end if needed/not in front of the client and Co Vet does an amazing job turning that into something coherent.
