ClubHearing = Never Again

Bought a smart charger. Right brand, wrong model. Then a family emergency came up (have the plane tickets and hotel bills to prove it). By the time I returned and discovered the smart charger didn’t fit, it was day 19, not day 15. This company sent saccharine email after email, each time “clarifying” why they could not make an exception. Their story changed repeatedly. If it was just a few days they could have made an exception…. Oh, it was just a few days? Well, that’s a personal item, we have no returns for it, despite what we said. But the hearing aids wouldn’t even fit in the charger, there was zero contamination. But ClubHearing just went on and on and on for 2 days making excuses. Look. Any business that needs to lie for a $270 purchase is probably in trouble, anyway. Assuming they do stick around, I’m done with them. No one needs that kind of “support” and sickeningly sweet phoniness. To sum up: a business that prevaricates.

Our return policy is clearly stated at checkout and on our website, and we make every effort to help customers order the correct item before purchasing—whether by phone, email, or live chat.

When you reached out 19 days after delivery, we kindly explained that chargers are considered personal-use items and are not eligible for return once used, as outlined in our policy. This is in place to ensure the hygiene and safety of medical accessories for all our customers. We communicated this clearly and consistently in each of our responses.

We never want a customer to feel unsupported, but we also believe in treating every customer fairly by honoring the same policies across the board. We wish you the best moving forward and are always here to help if you have questions before placing future orders.

Poor Customer Service Continues

After Club Hearing agreed to sell me the receiver, I paid $7 extra to have it shipped to me by Friday March 14. Today, I got a notice from the post office that it is not coming until Saturday. I've contacted Club Hearing by email to ask why I paid for a Friday delivery and the part is not coming until Saturday. I sent them an email about one hour ago and have not received a response.

UPDATE: My receiver was delivered as promised on Friday. Thank you.

World Class Customer Experience

It is refreshing to deal with empathetic people who understand the importance of what they do and are committed to the satisfaction of their clients. Selling and servicing a product are two different things. Club Hearing is world class in both. I hope to never be faced with dealing with any other hearing aid company. These people are the best.

FREDERIK is a true professional⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

FREDERIK is a true professional. Yes, I could give him more than five stars if I could ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is the first pair of hearing devices that I have ever owned. I did some research and also met with 2 audiologists, so I had some idea of what I was looking for. I wanted the best device on the market for the best results. Club Hearing only sell the top-of-the-line models, discounted 50% or more than the cost at an audiologist office!! So, if you don't want "the best of the best", this is not the vendor for you.

Frederik guided me through the "shopping" experience, & helped me select the perfect advice (Phonak 1-top of the line) for my hearing issues, which I must say was not anything like the experience that I had with my "top notch" audiologist (who clearly had a "relationship" with a different manufacturer! In addition, my audiologists were asking twice the cost for the exact same aids, and recommending one that was not the best fit for my needs!

AFTER my purchase, Frederick quickly answered any email questions that I posed about adjustments to my hearing device. He also offered to send me different attachments to make the dome more comfortable, and the wire better fitted to my ears.

My first time purchasing something this expensive online caused me to hesitate at first, but after speaking with Frederick a number of times (and also viewing a number of online VERY INFORMATIVE comparison videos by a third party - Dr CLIFF AuD, invest the time to do this!)- I proceeded confidently with my purchase. As promised, my hearing aids arrive one week later.

Don't worry about the device needing service. If something happens to them, Club Hearing will send you a label to send them directly to the manufacturer, which is quicker than leaving them with the audiologist office, who do the same thing. If they need cleaning, both of my audiologists will charge me a small amount to do that, $75. Per device, even though I didn't purchase them there. My conclusion was, the cost to pay for "office visits" to your audiologist, could never exceed the AMAZING SAVINGS provided by Club Hearing!

As long as you have a small knowledge of this simple pairing of your smart phone
& these smart hearing devices,(I'm sure that Frederik would help you with that as well if you needed it) I would highly recommend Club Hearing for your hearing aid purchase👍

A very good experience and so far am…

A very good experience and so far am glad I bought a HA fr Club Hearing rather than a local audiologist, a bit of a gamble; the price is half and this was the reason. Frederick, the online audiologist answers all my questions the same day and is knowledgable, pleasant, helpful. You may use a local audiologist’s hearing test and your HA will be sent to you programmed, for me, this seemed a better option. I am finding some local audiologists will not service HAs purchased online, some will. There is def a learning curve w the toggles, functions and phone app, give yourself time to learn, you will. And thankyou Frederick for your patience answering all my questions!

Just go to Hearing Club. Don't waste your time looking elsewhere.

I've done repeat business with Club Hearing, and I have to leave a glowing review. They have been fantastically quick and responsive and always very fair and kind with their pricing. Really, if Hearing Club has what you need, you really don't need to waste your time looking anywhere else or doing a bunch of comparison shopping. Just go with Hearing Club. I've never regretted it. In fact, I go to Hearing Club rather than to my own audiologist for whatever hearing devices I need that Hearing Club has!

This is my first time purchasing…

This is my first time purchasing hearing aids and I am very pleased with Club Hearing. These guys are great and I would recommend them to everyone. Costumer service is amazing, helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. Hearing aids arrived within timely manner and just as described. Their prices are reasonable unlike some other companies that overcharge. If I could give them 10 starts I certainly would. Great experience all around. Fredrick being here makes my life…

Fredrick being here makes my life easier.
Kept his number handy from purchase 5 months ago. He answers the phone. Just had a red light on my charger. He had solution. Quick. Knowlegeable. Got an $800 upgrade of my orriginal purchase at no charge for a better type aid since I do so much phone for my business. Great service. Great knowledge.

Online Chat Experience and Repair

I sent my hearing aids in for a warranty issue and when I got them back I was having issues pairing them up with my iPhone. Went online to their website and had an extremely helpful online chat. Everything is working wonderfully!
These guys are so patient and helpful! Truly amazing people. Thank you Club Hearing!!!!!!!!!

Very easy to choose hearing aid necessities on your site. I am very pleased with the quality and size of the domes I purchased. Also the filters I purchased were an excellent value for such an important part of hearing aid performance. I will surely return for maintenance parts in the future !

Club Hearing is legit!
and everyone who is looking for decent hearing Aid with affordable price deserves to know about them.
when i was searching for a hearing aid for my wife we visited multiple local hearing aid service centers, the prices were so high so i started to look online and came across Club Hearing and they offered the same exact model with almost half price! for me this was too good to be true and i was scared to make this decision as we never bought something like this online.
eventually in the end i contacted them and they helped throughout the process and i decided to complete the purchase and this was the best purchase decision i have ever made!
I bought the new Signia charge & go 7AX , i sent them my wife hearing test and when they looked at it, they offered me a free receiver upgrade to match her hearing loss as she needed more power.
it took them couple of days extra to order, receive and install the new receiver, so they decided to upgrade my shipping for free and i received it in no time.
after we received it my wife needed some adjustment so we contacted them and their response was very quick, we had it re adjusted online without having to send this over or pay for service.
I usually don't write reviews but i believe that everyone deserves to get hearing aid without being ripped off.
