Incredibly bad customer service
Incredibly bad customer service. I mistakenly let my computer autofil my details when ordering, and it filled in US instead of Australia as my country. I have since had 3 accusatory emails, which seem to be suggesting that I did this on purpose to get free shipping? I replied saying I found their tone very rude, and it was a simple mistake - they then emailed AGAIN telling me how wrong I was and insinuating I was trying to get something for free. Never been treated so badly by a company. I hope I get my money refunded. Here is a copy of the actual email I just got from them - unbelievable!
Also your comment will be removed as you are not our customer. Leaving a review is what’s rude and it will be noted. You do not appreciate facts, truth & transparency. Nothing said to you was rude what’s so ever as you don’t know any of us to say otherwise, this is an email not a phone call!
However, what we did notice in each email you sent us is, it seems that you have a guilty conscience cause we have never accused you of anything or of trying to do anything?!?!?!?!
You are the one who is making the accusations and actually justifying them which is weird all together and an absolute sign of guilt ….
You can make as many reviews as you want, we can’t make everyone happy and we don’t even try too - I’m ok with that!
My 3 plus award winning businesses have maintained a 4-5 star rating over 5 years strong and I will not lose any sleep if your not happy with our service.
You didn’t like that we gave you the real facts and think we are rude because ? Why? You don’t know me so how am I rude? Because I didn’t go along with your untrue statement about shipping or because your guilty about what? You tell me? No one accused you of anything so what we are rude because we won’t go along with whatever your saying? Please!
Life is to short, a lot of people have died in the last year and do you honestly believe that I care to pretend a customer is right when your NOT, say I’m sorry when I’m NOT, for what? A dollar? Please!!!
We keep it real here, Not fake nor do we live in anyones Fantasy world nor will we say the customer is always right when they ARE NOT IN ANYWAY!!!! Such as yourself!!!!!!!

Apparently you have not lived that long or you have been living under a rock cause the real world is rough, Raw and Full of it, Filled with Scammers always trying to get over on hard working woman such as myself and I catch em every single time!!!!!!! And I love it!!!!!
