Incredibly bad customer service

Incredibly bad customer service. I mistakenly let my computer autofil my details when ordering, and it filled in US instead of Australia as my country. I have since had 3 accusatory emails, which seem to be suggesting that I did this on purpose to get free shipping? I replied saying I found their tone very rude, and it was a simple mistake - they then emailed AGAIN telling me how wrong I was and insinuating I was trying to get something for free. Never been treated so badly by a company. I hope I get my money refunded. Here is a copy of the actual email I just got from them - unbelievable!
Also your comment will be removed as you are not our customer. Leaving a review is what’s rude and it will be noted. You do not appreciate facts, truth & transparency. Nothing said to you was rude what’s so ever as you don’t know any of us to say otherwise, this is an email not a phone call!
However, what we did notice in each email you sent us is, it seems that you have a guilty conscience cause we have never accused you of anything or of trying to do anything?!?!?!?!
You are the one who is making the accusations and actually justifying them which is weird all together and an absolute sign of guilt ….

You can make as many reviews as you want, we can’t make everyone happy and we don’t even try too - I’m ok with that!
My 3 plus award winning businesses have maintained a 4-5 star rating over 5 years strong and I will not lose any sleep if your not happy with our service.
You didn’t like that we gave you the real facts and think we are rude because ? Why? You don’t know me so how am I rude? Because I didn’t go along with your untrue statement about shipping or because your guilty about what? You tell me? No one accused you of anything so what we are rude because we won’t go along with whatever your saying? Please!

Life is to short, a lot of people have died in the last year and do you honestly believe that I care to pretend a customer is right when your NOT, say I’m sorry when I’m NOT, for what? A dollar? Please!!!
We keep it real here, Not fake nor do we live in anyones Fantasy world nor will we say the customer is always right when they ARE NOT IN ANYWAY!!!! Such as yourself!!!!!!!
Apparently you want someone to kiss up to you for what????? That’s just to much for you and considered rude? Lololol Thats real sad cause if you think we are rude than you have a serious rude awakening coming your way called ****REAL LIFE!******
Apparently you have not lived that long or you have been living under a rock cause the real world is rough, Raw and Full of it, Filled with Scammers always trying to get over on hard working woman such as myself and I catch em every single time!!!!!!! And I love it!!!!!

Tried to charge my card 3 times

Went to order the Mountain Hunter box for my husband for Christmas. Clicked Checkout & it told me my payment info was invalid. I had double checked it for accuracy before clicking Checkout, so I checked it again. It was correct, I clicked Checkout again, same error. So I removed all payment info & re-entered it, & got the error a third time. I was getting ready to contact customer service for assistance when I received a fraud alert text from my bank stating they had placed a hold on my account because of suspicious activity. I called, & Cratejoy.com attempted to bill my card all 3 times, even though it stated my payment info was incorrect. I will not be making any purchases from Cratejoy.

Love this company!!!!

Love this company!!!!! Not only do they consolidate the subscription boxes for any taste, they are quick, honest, and really easy to work with. I have sent gift subscription boxes to multiple people and it's always a huge success. Such a great company.

Very Happy with Cratejoy

I have done a few orders on Cratejoy, and have been absolutely thrilled. They have been gifts for family. What I love is you can subscribe for multiple months. Bakers Krate has been a huge hit! Artisan baking that is different every time and presented in very classy ways. Family has said the food was delicious! Also have used Southern Cigars Co. and boy that was a huge hit! So far things have been great with my subscriptions! They have so many crate options too. This has been the best gift idea we have ever done! So exciting! I recommend Cratejoy! Can’t wait to have an excuse to buy some more!!

Well i ordered a ohm box subscription …

Well i ordered a ohm box subscription from them, they say 7-10 bisnuess days but in reality its 21+ days. When I finally recieved my order they sent me a hybrid style mech mod even though I told them I only wanted regulated, horrible customer service they dont respond to emails the juice they sent me wasnt in my palate prefrences all around horrible experience wouldnt recommend them to anyone
