Customer service is not intelligent, first problem told need a new door replacement insert, when that didn't work called n was told person told me wrong n no I couldn't send back the replacement part !!! Now needed whole new door, wasn't working, emailed n explained WHOLE situation, Jessica wrote back saying need more info on what is going on ,as I said I explained EVERYTHING, and she wanted model number, well there is NO model number on box or in manual, which they show the battery going in sideways n it is NOT possible n have to fight with it to get in not the way shown. I then CALLED n did not need model number just say magnetic cat flap door, they only sell one of magnetic without microchip n he said door needs to b filed down, to tight since door doesn't close all way on leaving and entry, I replaced this with same one that I had for over fifteen years due to it cracked n then farell cat banged it n broke completely off. I do not know yet if chiseling door works , need to borrow one. My cat loses collars in a short period of time, the magnetic balls are pricey at $22 for two without tax n shipping I wanted the magnetic MICROCHIP one which sites said works with MOST microchips, I called company to ask, well, No , I think it MIGHT be due to they r European, with a USA location, the acceptable chips had more numbers than our USA chips n it wasn't acceptable if certain letters in chip, glad I called up to make sure WORKS WITH MOST CHIPS was or was not mine

The feeder is an amazing product for the price. This is my second purchase. The current Promo coupon makes this product even more amazing. My granddaughters were coming to visit three days from the arrival of my feeder. At that time there were no large fish around my dock. After the three days of feeding, my grandkids caught plenty of large fish.

My experience was great thanks to Jessica. When I called in with my issue, she listened carefully and went above and beyond to help me resolve it. I was already impressed by how she handled the situation, and then I got a follow-up email that really exceeded my expectations.
I also want to highlight how quick and personal the service was. Jessica answered on the first ring, which honestly caught me off guard—I didn’t think a real person would pick up right away. I stumbled at first, but she handled everything professionally and kindly. She said she’d follow up, and she absolutely did. I ended up getting my replacement unit without any hassle.
That’s how you provide customer service. I’ve been in the customer service industry for a long time, and Jessica did very well. It’s refreshing to see that, even now, people still know how to deliver genuine, high-quality support. I truly appreciated everything she did.

This is my second pet door purchased. The first was a read the dangling collar chip, and this door reads the imbedded neck chip. The second door sent was not programming properly and the company sent me a replacement door within days that works great!! So, customer service and product both get 5 stars!!!

The dog flap is a great product to allow our medium-sized hound to come and go as she pleases. However, there was a small issue with the flap itself; I contacted customer service and a new flap was sent out by 48 hour post, and this solved the problem. No haggling or arguing. Customer service like in Ye Good Olde Days. I can only recommend the company.

I have a Cat Mate water fountain that has been doing wonderfully for my four cats for over a year now. Unfortunately a few weeks ago one of them decided to chew through the power cord in the night (thankfully no one was injured), so I needed to find a replacement, this was very easy to do on the Closer Pets site, with only a small complaint. Because I was ordering it on the weekend on February 16th, I knew that might delay it which was fine. The soonest I could get it turned out to be the 21st, but it shipped with no updates about its status along the way. It did however arrive safely and on time, and functioned well for its very short use.
Unfortunately the night I installed the new power supply, someone chewed through it again (still no one injured). So of course I had to order another one, once again on the weekend being on the 23rd this time. I'm not sure what made the difference with this second order, it arrived in a similar span of time but this time I received email updates about it being shipped, when it was out for delivery, and when it was delivered, which was very nice. I have taken extra precautions with the newest cord now to ward off further chewing, but it has been very easy to find and order what I need from Closer Pets. While I certainly hope not to need to order any further replacement parts for some time besides the standard filters, I'm happy to know how easy it is to do so if the need arises.
