We have been working with CMSMART for the past two years now, all in all pretty satisfied, we have run into a few problems with our website, and due to the fact that there is a 7 hour time difference, and the language barrier, (are English and there English doesn’t match all of the time). But after getting around that this company does know what they are doing and they do it well, They have fixed most of our problems and still working on one. I dont want resolvement (unless you just fix your poor plugins), I want my money back now. You can explain what you want, I have two separate developers explaining what is wrong with your plugins and I explained you what you can do about it. Its your plugin making this error not others. And you have said so yourself, you can make it work, but its customisation. The other developers can not change their plugin, cause your plugin will still give errors, since its a bad plugin.
No co-operation on these poor quality products. Fine but then I want my money back for the designer pro and the theme. I understand you will not do so. I will file a complain with police overhere for fraude and theft, with the proof yourself set that the plugin can work correct, but you first have to make customisations. I will after that go with police-file to Themeforest. Too bad you are so not professional., really expected more.

I have purchased the Theme and the Premium T Shirt Online Designer, I am happy with the support so far, my only worry is that the adding of artwork can not be automated like in nearly all other plugins, eg adding art to the Front, Back and sleeves, and it then increases the price automatically.
